★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally I felt like someone actually cared about me, actually... I felt like everyone did! You'd think that would just be the norm at a doctors office but believe me. It is not. I'm not a super emotional person but I was almost in tears when I walked out. Hadn't been treated. I mean actually treated in many years. So thank you all of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into walk in … had a horrible experience the Dr. did not want to hear about any of my symptoms he wanted me in and out ASAP and any time I mentioned a symptom he would interrupt me. maybe was in the room for 1 minute he gave me a prescription without even finding out about the actual issue. had to go to a complete different clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not an actual walk in clinic, if you don't show up an hour before they open you will not be seen at all throughout the day. I showed up 10 minutes after they opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Badenhorst is amazing, but I recently booked an appointment and can’t get in until March 29th, one whole month. I usually have to call about 10 times or so to get anyone to answer the phone. Maybe they could hire more staff for their busy office to answer calls.

I've been seeing Dr Badenhorst for quite awhile and he is fantastic.
But the receptionists shouldn't have there job
Won't answer their phones and do not accommodate patients at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Deon Jansen, Both my hubby and I have seen him for the last two years and find he is caring, thorough and well informed and does not make us ever feel rushed or get in and get out! We feel so blessed to have him as our DR. and highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this location today at 8am before they opened so I could make sure I could get in without waiting long. I have never been to this location before so when I entered I asked for the walk-in clinic and they said it’s not open until 8:30. I asked if I could sit inside and they said yes. When they opened the gates I asked if I could sign in and they said I would have to wait for all of the people in line outside. I am not able to stand outside in -20 for long periods of time as I am having back issues. The lady with the red hair especially was so rude and should definitely not be in customer service. I work in healthcare and I understand that people are coming in for all sorts of issues and backgrounds so the front staff should be providing at least a basic caring personality. I rarely leave a bad review but this is somewhere I should feel comfortable to get medical help.
