★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems boardwalk recently reshuffled management team, placing Alex Joseph as the manager, in the B heights. Alex quickly resolved our long-standing problems within few days, which were otherwise pending over the last 9 months. I noticed Alex treats tenants with great respect and care. He is very collegial, and pays attention to and resolves tenants’ problems quickly....
I have say overall I had a wonderful experience with Alex. After his replacement as the new manager, we were very satisfied with boardwalk.

I really like to live here, because friendly staff, nice customer service. They help you beyond there work limits, when you need help. For example (Recently my car didn't start. I asked Alex for help, even though it's not his work he helped me fixing it with the help of staff and tendent) l know almost from last 5 years it's good place to live. Now it's best place to live. I am thankful guys. You guys are awesome....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place, good amenities, friendly people, close to work.. The building manager, Abeba, showed me a wonderful place that I instantly liked.. She was really helpful in getting my application done and made my move an easy process. She is prompt with addressing my concerns and is very cooperative. I would recommend for sure to stay with Boardwalk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only a resident of 3 months, moved from another boardwalk property. BWALK as a company is very accommodating to my requests, the manager Alex has worked with me regarding moving in and help with my pet and genuinely seems to care. It's a large building and I bet he knows 95% or more of the residents by first name. There's multiple cleaning staff (who do a good job and are very nice) and I've also seen managers help clean the lobby/elevators daily. They also take care of the exterior recently repainting the parking lot and filling the front lawns low spots with soil. Yeah stuff breaks down and things get dirty but aside from the third elevator every issue has been fixed that I'm aware of pretty quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only recently moved to Boardwalk Heights yet already feel comfortable, especially as my home is becoming organized. Management are excellent, thank you Abeba and Alex. Requests are dealt with promptly. Highly recommend.

Secured property.
Large rooms.
Electricity included in rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for over 6 months and have always felt like I was in a home away from home. The managers, Abe and Alex have been really helpful and help to make one feel as comfortable as possible. Concerns raised are solved promptly and one is always welcomed with a smile. The easy access to various bus stops and the train station is also a very big plus. Would definitely recommend living here.
