We are impressed with their state of the art dental procedures and equipment, and, more importantly, the staffs' care and attention to detail. During the pandemic, we appreciated the air space dividers and individual air filters installed at each dental station.

All of the staff are always supportive and friendly and make the dental care experience easier than I thought possible. So glad I became a patient here.

The staff, from the dentists, hygienists to the front desk personnel are pleasant, caring and make you feel special. 15 years ago my husband and l moved 100 km out of Toronto to live in the country and we still come to Toronto to have our dental work done here. The care that everyone of the staff take to make the experience
pleasant is the primary reason. Kudos to everyone!

β β β β β The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family. My case was a bit complicated and went through multiple dental procedures and I almost gave up on fixing my smile. I wish I met doctor Rotella sooner but Iβm very grateful for everything he is done for me . It was a life changing experience to say the least. I got dental implants/ major restoration. One of my front teeth was about to get extracted and he saved my teeth . He always pays attention to details. and he is very patient and extremely professional .
The front desk people are very welcoming and they have always worked with my busy schedule. They make you feel like a family.
I Highly recommend it !

β β β β β Called to ask for a dental cleaning appointment and receptionist was so rude to me on the phone that I totally changed my mind about going to this place. I am a student that wanted to use dental cleaning services for the first time and simply asked "Hello I am wondering if you offer dental cleaning services" and secretary lost it over my question. "This is a dentist's office you called what are you asking, what is your question, why do you ask this..." incredibly rude. very disappointing!

β β β β β 25 years of being a patient at this dentist office, and oddly enough I actually look forward to the appointments because of the personal trusted relationships built over time. The front office staff are welcoming, the overall experience is exceptional and always has been. I look forward to seeing Kandy who makes the cleaning appts pleasant, so much so I had to hug her at the end. Dr. Ho and Karrette are down to earth, efficient, welcoming and funny. (If that's ok to say for a dentist office review ?). Always a pleasure & would definitely recommend.

Communication is transparent and pitched at a level I can understand. I highly recommend this practice to others based on my visits so far. Special shout out to Eunice who looked after me today.
