★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No consistency between hairdressers. It's russian roulette just to get a brushing done. In my opinion, if you can't provide a sleek brushing each time, you shouldn’t be located Old Port and you shouldn’t charge $40. I mean looks like I did it myself with a cheap straightener...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice salon and staff! The music playing in the background was 70's, 80's and 90's mellow rock; nostalgia at its best. I was also suggested hair products at the end that I honestly now love and that were not overly priced, which is a +. If i can just say one little thing would be to just crank the heat by a bit or to the clients; come dressed in layers!
I left the salon with my dream balayage and a fresh cut in a timely manner. The appointment totally surpassed my expectations. Thanks again!

You pay the price but it is 110% worth it. The hair stylist I worked with gave me what I wanted, was attentive to detail, and wasn't afraid to take some risks.
The result? A beautiful color and cut that people are literally stopping me in the streets to tell me how awesome my hair is. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge thank you to Luis for cutting and colouring my hair. I have curly hair (mixed race; between 3A and 3B). My previous hairdresser (for 13 years) recently quit and I was in a panic over who to trust with my hair. Luis was patient with me, truly listened to my needs, and delivered an amazing result. I feel like a new woman. If you have curly hair, I highly recommend him!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stylist burned my forehead with the iron, also my hair was severely burned and damaged by their bleach that she used to do my highlights. My hair turned out cooper orange— not the color i was going for. I payed over 350$ for that mess. Went to my regular salon 2 weeks later to get my hair cut short and fix the color as Blome burned my hair severely and missed the color.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt like my stylist did not listen to or follow instructions. I arrived asking for curls and the stylist did not do it. She only did a straight blow out. When I was asked if I liked it, I informed her that I asked for hot tools and curls. I ran out of time but the blow out was unattractive anyway. She flat ironed my bangs in a really ugly way. The wash was not very thorough either. When I wash my own hair, I clean the scalp too. Kinda pricey for a mediocre job. I'm coming from out of state, so I guess my benchmark is Drybar. For the service received, you're better off either doing it yourself or just going to a neighborhood quick service spot. Two stars for centrally located and online booking being easy. Service itself was disappointing.
