★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer here for almost 3 years. I booked my 4th message in for august but forgot to cancel it. I called back later the day to say sorry for the no show, carol the lady whom I spoke to said she paid the the lady who was supposed to come that day. Then she said out of good will, she will give me back the massage and i can book it later. She said she will put a note in my account. Now when I called she says she forgot and she said may be i can give you 45$ credit. I totally understand that it was my no show. BUT I TOTALLY HATE when you give your word and then change it later by saying I forgot. I hate this kind of customer service!!! I said I don't need your 45$ credit too have it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing spa, you can come early or leave late in order to use the pool, sauna, steam room, gym, or relaxation room. The massage I got was top notch! Be sure to sign up for their newsletter for specials. The best service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been here a few times, I enjoyed my most recent experience the best! I had made an appointment a few days before for a massage followed by a facial. They were able to accommodate me although it was pretty last minute.
The massage was pretty good. I travel for work so my back is pretty messed up. My masseuse did a combination of Swedish and deep tissue. Usually I get deep tissue only so it was a good little break. I love the stretches and head massage at the end!
During the facial, I was given a lot of great advice about my skin and what products to use. Overall, I was in and out in just over two hours. I recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went right after they reopened from covid-19. I arrived early not knowing if I had to shower or not before my massage. I would have like more communication how to proceed during the reopening. Their showers were closed. My massage therapist was wonderful and she saw me early.
The massage itself was perfect but when she massaged my back, she placed the oil bottle on my legs which took away from my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabina!!! She did an amazing pedicure :) I'll have to book a facial with her soon because her skin is amazing (no makeup) with a simple routine.
*spend 15min after the polish at the relaxation room to let it dry and unwind
Price is definitely worth the service provided

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The setting and ambience is very nice, The massage was well done. But for $275 for 90 minute massage, way over priced. Here in Cambodia, same massage with better service, foot wash/scrub, lemongrass oil, ginger tea and cookies for $21USD. Not worth $275

I made an appointment at the spa, very excited for my first manicure in 2 years, and in need of some "me time" after a very busy period. The arrival at the spa went well, my manicure started, and everything seemed fine. Behind me were 2 ladies having a conversation about 2SLGBTQIA+ community and how open children are today compared to before. It was a perfectly objective conversation until my technician piped up out of nowhere expressing very distressing and polarizing opinions. This obviously made the other two uncomfortable, as they immediately switched conversations to their holiday plans. I tried to let it go, but the longer I sat, the more angry I became.
Not wanting to make a scene, I excused myself and went to speak to the two receptionists. They were amazing, seriously. They apologized, moved things around so I could come back that afternoon with a different technician and gave me a discount for my troubles. Both receptionists were wonderful, but a special mention needs to be made for Carol. Her professionalism, empathy, and general warmth/candor were amazing - honestly, I would go back just to see her.
My manicure that afternoon was lovely and my nails look FAB! Sometimes a horrid experience can leave you with a positive feeling if it's handled well.
