They underpay their massage therapists and don’t offer a great ambience and environment to them it seems because I went there for an interview and my experience was shocking. I have 11 years of experience and know 10 techniques. Massage is my life and my passion. When I went there for an interview they were bargaining for such a low rate, it was offensive. In my entire massage career in Montreal and elsewhere in Canada I have never ever even heard of that kind of rate. In fact a low rate like that does not exist unless you’re nit licensed (which has legal consequences). I have all the qualifications and I’m licensed and I let them know before coming in that I need to update my liability insurance on the 5th of January since it gets renewed yearly. They said it’s ok then offered me that ridiculous rate during the interview and told me I can massage without insurance and that itself was startling. I literally stopped the i terciew and told the lady that I’m going to have to refuse the job and left. I JUST HAD TO REFUSE such a job and rate. I thought I’m just going for the interview and will start after the 5th when my insurance is updated but instead they were willing to let me work without the insurance for the lowest rate that exists nowhere else in Montreal. Despicable. Wow. I wonder if I was unlicensed, if they were going to offer me an even lower rate then and let me work.

This place THE WORST. I bought a voucher online, which apparently was not priced properly, tried to book an appointment with the voucher and got a call back from someone named Samantha, who said that the package was mis-priced and I needed to deal with Way-Spa. Samantha also said she would call me back, she never did. I tried to book the appointment again but the Spa said I could not book it and I needed to cancel my voucher with Way-Spa because it was their error. Last I checked, Queen E should be taking ownership of this because THEY are the ones associated with WaySpa. Even though it is WaySpa's error, I paid for the voucher and got zero reply from the spa itself. DON'T GO HERE!!! Strom Spa in Nun's Island is much better anyways.

I received a gift certificate for the Spa and now they are saying that is not valid. I find the lack of accountability is horrifying and wouldn't recommend the spa. They need to honor the certificate that I received (from wayspa) since it is not a customers fault for buying something that wasn't priced correctly on their website. Horrible service.

Highly Reccommended!!! Love spa, and try them everywhere I travel.Moment Spa is a beautiful spa, with an exceptional team. It takes an hour for me to decompress before I can enjoy any spa treatment. They graciously let me use the hotel pool. Fairmont Queen Elizabeth pool is really relaxing, with sauna and jucuzzi. I had the Valmont facial which was absolutely fanrastic. Very often I am cold despite the blanket. Not here, the table is comfortable, heated, the legs back and head adjust. Hmmmmmm the warm towels after each part of the treatment was heavenly. Most incredible I could see and feel the differences after the facial. One day later, I can still see and feel the difference. How my skin could be dry in summer is beyond me but my skin now looks amazing. I feel sleep it was so relaxing. I always worry with facials, due to sensitive skin but my skin had no reaction, just perfect skin. I think I found my go to facial place at last.! I also had a pedicure and manicure....hmmm the foot bath and that hot wet towel again was wonderful. My hands and feet just look amazing. Melanie, who gave all three treatments obviously loves her work, cares about the treatments she gives. A perfectionist whose passion is in her magical hands. I was so impressed with the knowledge of the products, right down to every name and colour of nail polish. Montrealers, guests staying at the hotel. Stop. Take the time, treat yourself, its worth it!. Business meetings, its a great way to end the day. Connected to the Weatherproof/ underground city on a rainy day, a hot day, a cold day.. Why not before taking your train to Ottawa or Toronto. Thank you ladies for a lovely afternoon See you very soon Ruby Roy

I had gotten a voucher for a spa package here. I got a massage, facial and pedicure as well as access to the "baths" in the hotel. The treatments were great but I was surprised at how expensive they were after researching the original prices. I go to spas regularly. This wasn't anything above and beyond expectations. The "baths" were literally just access to the hotel's pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. The pool was filled with splashing kids and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. The dry saunas are in the locker rooms so if you're there as a couple, you can't really enjoy that together. All in all, that really cheapened our experience in the end.

Beautiful place; recently renovated and great service. Went for a facial, body wrap and massage. Overall, my experience was quite pleasant. The beauty esthetician did a great job with analyzing my skin type and I came out with fresh, soft skin. The massage was fine, but I must say I had better experience elsewhere. Will I go back? For a facial, absolutely!

I received the best massage of my life here (make sure to ask for Nicholas!). I am big spa lover and have to say this was my favourite experience to date. The spa itself is not extravagant (it's in the basement after all) but it is wonderfully renovated and decorated, extremely clean, and most importantly, the service is impeccable - from the front of house staff to the therapists. Treatment rooms are spacious and when I walked into my room, it already smelled so nice (of eucalyptus), I felt like I had paid for an aromatherapy upgrade. Music was just the right volume and tracks were very relaxing. Nicholas is definitely the best masseur I've come across to date (and I've been to many). I felt like I was melting into my lounge chair by the pool afterward. After my massage, Samantha welcomed me back with tea and cookies while Nicholas gave me a fantastic recommendation for a restaurant while I was in town. I wasn't planning to stay in the facilities very long but I ended up staying an extra two hours sitting by the gorgeous pool sipping on spa water and relaxing in the dry sauna. I travel to MTL frequently for work and don't usually stay the night but I definitely plan to take a later flight next time so I can squeeze in another visit to this facility!
