★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressed with the overall experience at this gym. They have excellent equipment that is well maintained. Really clean and complete gym. Its a place that is well taken care of. It is a great atmosphere to work out in and feel good because of their superb customer service and welcoming staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. It can’t be topped!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing gem of a gym, with a friendly staff and a convenient location.
The gym's location, laundry service, and steam bath makes it ideal for bike commuters. There are plenty of bike racks at McGill, so you can lock your bike there, hit the gym, take a shower and leave your dirty laundry when you head off to school/work.
The staff is also very friendly. This is by far the best gym I've signed up for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect gym if you are looking for a intimate workout session. Fully equipped with free weights, cardio equipment, seperate aerobic room for a pre/post stretch or cardio workout. Due to the diverse membership made up of students, executives, and Montrealers with their different workout schedules, club is never crowded. Staff is very friendly and readily available to assist you with your work-outs. Wayne Hosberger/owner and Jordan Gomez/Manager run an excellent fitness club. Daily passes, monthly memberships/annual memberships are available! Personal trainers available for training sessions. Changing rooms complete with steam room/showers. Towel service provided. Club Athletique Sherbrooke is a "little gem" in the heart of downtown Montreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you guys love a nice respectful gym , this is the way to go, amazing staff, amazing equipment, amazing deals, etc. the best thing I liked about this gym is that it’s very calm , you have lots of machines to your selves. Would definitely recommend;)
