★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had always wanted to go to a gym, but always put it off due to a lack of self-esteem and not knowing what to do. Matt was absolutely fantastic from the first session. We discussed my objectives, assessed my fitness/strength (or lack of!) and slowly improved on my issues whilst making me feel more comfortable in the gym. He was extremely professional yet very easy going and made all my sessions a real pleasure and very very fun. I went from being terrified of gyms, to actually looking forward to, and counting the days to the next session. I would without any doubt whatsoever, highly recommend Matt.
