★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prevel does not honour their construction completion dates. They are full of excuses. The reality is they have too many projects on the go and not enough workers. I have moved into a building on Bassins in Griffintown along with 90 percent of the other owners into a building that is 75 percent complete. They set dates and never honour them. We are now 8 months behind with no firm commitment of when it will be completed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a lemon in Prevel's newly delivered project Union Park. For the price I paid a townhouse condo of two floors, I regret trusting their words in advertisement. I could have had better choice!
Some part of the floors are squeaky, they said it was "normal". A friend of mine told me the real reason was the worker didn't put enough cement or sticking glue etc. when lying down the floors or they didn't lay down evenly. One wood piece was chipped on the edge of stairs leading to the second floor when I was dragging a mattress upstairs. Bad quality craftsmanship. Sound-proofing is also poor. I can hear my neighbor every time he uses the stairs which drives me CRAZY.
I don't know what happened to their 40-year glorious history, their own projects in downtown I had visited were not superb but much better in quality.
Their after-sales can't keep up with numerous repair demands. Other people have the similar problems. There is already a water leakage in the garage, it has been a week, but they replied they would only fix it after the construction worker's holiday which will last another two weeks. Some buttons on the elevators fell off, they blame the co-owners for misusage during COVID-19. They changed our individual doors because the electronic lock does not work with the entrance system.
In a word, I am very disappointed. I will not buy any properties from them and I will share my experience with my friends.
