Where: Bistro-Brasserie Les Soeurs Grises What: A bistro pub that serves their own beer. We shared a dinner place. How was it: Great. We shared this platter with a bunch of amazing food. We've been inside once and on their patio 2 times. We prefer the patio, but the downside is the neighbours complain after 9pm, so if you're still on the patio - you're forced to move inside. It's ok, not the restaurant's fault, just the picky building in front. Anyway, great place for a pint or even the fish burger. Grade: Eli = 5, Serge = 5 Recommend: Yes, give it a try.

Cute pub on Mcgill street, had a special cocktail and appetizers (nachos, cheese/meat platter)!

Great Stout on tap and tasty salmon sandwich/fries! I would definitely go back again. Also, quiet little area as it's further away from the crowded streets, which is nice for dining.

Service was excellent and fast. Ordered the Nun’s burger which was delicious and had their Marquis beer that was really good. If you do go with that burger just know that it’s a thick slice of bacon and not a normal thin slice; I didn’t mind it but it’s not mentioned on the menu.

Good place to hangout, decent staff and service. Beer was good too, I had ordered blonde beer. For Food, I had ordered pork Tacos which was ok, not too extraordinary. They need to improve their guacamole though, was too salty.

My brothers and I went to this place on a whim on a Friday afternoon after arriving in town. After they checked our vaccination status (with a very convenient app that I wish we had in the US) we were seated right away. The place was a cool mix of older people, younger people, business people, located on the old port; a really cool vibe. Our server was super attentive and speedy. We each ordered a bar and we ordered the almonds and olives for an appetizer. Both delicious. For dinner, I had probably the most delicious fish and chips I've ever had in my life. It came with pico de Gallo and a really interesting tartar sauce. It was amazing. Overall, its a great little place to have a beer, some food, and hang out with the locals.

We had lunch there today with online reservation. Foods were served fast, fresh and delicious. I would recommend the crispy chicken burger. French fries are crispy, tender. Just the right temperature and right cooking. Price vice, it is quite reasonable compared to other similar restaurants in the same location at the west end of the Old Montreal. Good portion, too much for ladies. The beers from their in-house micro brewery were also tasty even if we are not beer fans. Only one waiter on duty, he was efficient and curtious. I'm also happy that I used the gift card which I got from a lucky draw at an event at the beginning of this pandemic. It has been two years, a hard severe hit to many restaurants. The manager (who seems to be) is also friendly. They accommodate diners well even if we are not Francophones. Haha. I leave one star ? out because there is always a room for improvement. The design of their washrooms could use some touches in the future. This is my second visit to this restaurant. We enjoyed it!
