★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little tower to climb for a different view of the park and nearby streets. The historic plaque was faded beyond readability, and the tower smelled unpleasant. It's actually the top of an "underground tower", stairs leading far down to the central sewer, providing access for municipal workers.
