He's always available and professional. I don't live in Montreal and I have piece of mind knowing everything was taken care of from finding the right tenant to taking care of the property without me being involved.
I definitely recommend his services if you want a stress free experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I consulted Agrasoy Realty during a stressful period when I had to move across the country. I had a lease that had to be handed over to another leasee, and given how quickly I had to move I was very worried about not being able to find someone. However, Agrasoy was super responsive to my questions (even during the weekend!! Every minute counted given how little time I had) and helped quote me what services they can provide to help me out.
It was a breath of relief learning I’d have a plan B, and their response time and answers made me know I would’ve been in safe hands. In the end, I managed to terminate my lease so I didn’t end up using their services. But they are true professionals and I’d highly recommend you reach out to them for how they might be able to help.

Renting a property, finding the right tenant for what you own isn't an easy task. I can say that as for the longest time I was trying to juggle living at a distance and getting things done. Ever since I handed out the keys to Emre, I am stress free as far as having my property rented out is concerned. He looks after all needs of the tenant and I have never been troubled about anything. If anything needs to be fixed, rest assured he will have it done. From having the tenant move in without any stress to the end of lease procedure of doing the final walk around to make sure the property is left in the condition it was rented out in. He handles everything.
Emre is very prompt in getting back to any emails I have sent out regarding any concerns (very rare) I might have had. He does a thorough background check of the tenant so rest assured that your property will be handed out to the right match. It's always been a pleasure dealing with Emre. I wish Agrasoy realty all the best in their business and 100% recommend anyone to put their trust in Emre and his team of professionals.
