★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of THE places to visit in Montreal. You can drive up, take a bus or a taxi, but going up the steps from Peel is by far the best way. Once up there, take in the view, then head for the cross, and explore the various paths. This time of year (Easter) there are no leaves on the trees so the views are good. Wildlife was mostly squirrels and a raccoon, but some woodpeckers are about. It was crowded with just a queue of people up the steps. Still it is always possible to get away from the crowds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice park with maintained path and great view. Not a difficult walk but there are a lot of stairs if you want to go directly to the lookout point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to enjoy quality time and fun.It’s super close to the city centre, so just hop on a bus up to the top of the mountain and enjoy some winter fun. You can enjoy Ice skating on Beaver Lake (Mount Royal) and One of my favourite things to do is SNOW TUBING! You won’t be able to stop yourself from screaming, smiling… and making your way to the top to do it ALL OVER AGAIN! What a buzz!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very gorgeous park with a stunning view overlooking the entire city. Would definitely recommend for newcomers looking to take nice photos.
They also have a chalet cafe and a hike ground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice hike up. Quite challenging when the stairs are all covered in snow/frozen. Nevertheless, still a great place to walk around in. Saw a lot of people who were cross-country skiing, as well as people walking their dogs. The view would be nice in the evening, but I didn‘t wait for it?
