I bought an Epson printer, with 2 years manufacturer guarantee, and they convinced me to pay 70 $ for Extra coverage from Bureau en Gros.
It suddenly stopped printing, I took it to them within both guarantees valid, the person in charge told me it was not fixable, without anyone looking at it or checking it at all.
The offered to pay me 200$ for a 400$ printer (+tax)..
Very Very disappointed h

U en gros on Notre dame W, paid for assembly and delivery - I was told the delivery would be done on Sunday. No one called me. We are now Monday Nov 8th afternoon; i called 4 times and it kept sending me to the online service who cannot even help me. Can someone please communicate with me ASAP? I would like to know when I will receive my chair! FYI I live 5min away, it can't be that complicated. I now understand why the reviews are bad, this is terrible customer service and just basic operations management. If I’m told delivery will be done on Sunday, I expect it to be done on Sunday or ATLEAST for someone to call me. I don’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shipping few items at a time with FedEx ground, until one of the Guys, Main in Shipping and printing services, told me it was too much work for the staff and that I couldn’t come there anymore, I was holding the line and they didn’t wanna serve me anymore! Nowhere it said that 2 items Max to ship and that they don’t provide service it is more! That is there job… Too upsetting
