When I arrived I was greeted with a lovable welcome and felt destabilized by the listening ears of my stylist Johanne. She was kind and open to what I said and did not made me feel weak at any point about me cutting my own hair. We talked and she made me feel so comfortable that I stayed for a coloration with Yann. He too made me feel at home and not criticized on my choices. At the end of my mise-en-plis my hair was not levelled and Johanne took the time to correct it over and over because; 1-we don’t know why my head does this and 2- she said she would not leave me looking like that lol. My hair soft, easy to manage, comfy, KIU-TE, the color is RICH and FLAW-LESSSS. I FINALLY found MY team for my hair in Montreal.

Haven’t had my haircut in over 2 years I was in need of a fresh haircut. The day started very well with my manicure, my sister had her hair done and my best friend got a facial. We all had a great experience except for the hair stylist Johanne. She was rude to my sister about her hair color and when it was supposed to be my turn they bumped me for 2 other people and made me wait 45 minutes promising me a head massage that is given to everyone anyway and told me it was the nail’s girls fault because she took too long which was a lie…they literally served 2 regulars in the time that was assigned to me. When it was finally my turn, I sat for a quick 15 minutes on Johanne’s chair and can’t even explain the damage she did in such short time! I said what I wanted and she said no…I told her the length I wanted and she went A LOT shorter, she insisted on cutting bangs and I told her I didn’t want a toupet and that’s exactly what she did…she then asked if I was supposed to get a brushing, wich I was but didn’t want to spend another minute on her chair so I said no…she barely dried my hair, told me I looked really sexy and my boyfriend was going to love it and to come back to cover my white hair because I’m too young for that…. So 50$ down the toilet I now look like Dora and will have to wait another 2 years before I ever let anyone touch my hair again….

I went for a laser hair removal and they did such a great job, they knew what they were talking about i had done my research before hand and I also went for my highlight and haircut with Francesca she really takes time to listen and understand your needs Really what a great experience I recommend it!

Laurence is the one who washed my hair and let me tell you, she made my week with that massage (which I didn’t know was going to happen). I was asking myself “is this normal”Melissa took her time to make sure I would walk out the salon with the exact cut I wanted. I’m so happy to now have a girl I could trust with my hair. ? I will soon be back <3

Oh yeah and the head massage :)) I go there once a month and I think it's a balance between being taken care of but left on your own for some peace and quiet. Also, very affordable compared to other salons. Very satisfied.
