Ive been contacted on multiple occasions regarding another customer’s vehicle. This breach of privacy is not a good look. Please ensure you’re contacting the correct customers regarding their vehicles only.

Customer service is awful. I was quoted 3-4 business days for fixing my vehicle. They said they would call me and update whenever they had information for me. Well fast forward 5 business days later, and no call. So I phone them and the lady tells me that the parts won’t be coming in until the week after. THAT WOULDVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW IF YOU CALLED ME!! This is costing me dollars with renting a vehicle, not impressed at all with the customer service. NEVER CHOOSE BIRCHWOOD

Worst service ever. They are just hypocrites. We dropped our car for repair and they charged high obviously. However, after a week they informed me my car is ready to pick up but when I went there they said they can’t repair one of the damages at that time. So I need to return back the car after few days. Well I did that last week, dropped my car at their service centre and on the following day, they called me car is ready. I went to get my car back and found that they didn’t even touch my car this time. I asked their employee what happened and she answered She knows nothing why I have been called though they didn’t do anything. I am shattered by their services. I would never recommend anybody to go there for servicing.

This place has it all. Great and poor customer service, and delivery of vehicle ahead of schedule and also being late. My experience was a comedy of errors. What started off as terrible customer experience from someone who has glowing reviews on here, where they lied, repeatedly said our vehicle would be ready a certain date, and not delivered, always late on contacting us and we had to reach vs them calling, and would claim "I never said that", yet the notes I was taking when we talked contradicted it. When we complained, manager turned the experience around. Even with a faulty part delivered and made it even later, they managed to get the part in quickly and deliver it finally. Went from 0 star review to 3.5 stars. However, after having the vehicle for a couple days, the door they fixed, first time I went to use the exterior lock button on the handle, it wasn't working due to not being connected properly. Customer Service by a particular rep: -1/5. Delivered when promised: 1/5. This is because it took like 5 times to finally get the vehicle after they promised it. Work: 3/5 Had to come back after the comedy of errors. Trying to make a bad experience a good one, 4 out of 5 Would I recommend? Nope. No apology was given when I found out about the door lock not working and had to come back.

Had an accident in December, 2021 and have been waiting for the parts until now (June 2022). No follow-up, no estimate of when the parts would arrive, nothing. In the meantime, there was another collision and booking an appointment for a free estimate is nearly impossible. If you get an estimate, they will stay with your car for 10 days only for an estimate. Really disappointed. My next car won’t be a Toyota, for sure!

I had a wheel housing plastic trim come off my Honda. Jana and her friendly staff were extremely helpful. Directed me to Ben, their technician,who immed. said yes we can do this. I did not have an appt. but they had it fixed and done in 20 minutes. No charge. Now that is super service. Everyone was just wonderful. Thank you so much.

I was specifically requested by one of the consultants to write a review - here it goes! I had used Birchwood Collision as they were the only other shop in the city aside from Don Vito that can perform body repairs on BMW's. Having had used Don Vito in the past, and having an absolutely terrible experience this left me with no other choice. Regardless... 1) There are issues with the consultants following up either through email or phone, kind of hit or miss. It would be best if this were consistent and more reliable. Definitely felt like they were not following up as they promised to or should have with questions I had raised. 2) I had a feeling my vehicle was ready much sooner, though when I called to inquire it was apparently ready "[the morning of when I called]" My dashcam footage revealed this to be true where snow and ice accumulated over my car which leads to my next point... 3) Upon pick up of my vehicle, I inspected the work myself. At first sight, I immediately noticed scratches across my hood from someone clearing snow/ice off of it. Yikes! I expressed my concerns and the manager kindly polished the scratches out. This should not have happened to begin with and I believe the manager out of all people shouldn't be the one making the sacrifice. Though, the gesture is very much appreciated and I see them trying to redeem their business. Overall, the front end staff are kind and friendly. I wish the people performing the repairs and interacting with customer's cars have more attention to detail. But perhaps I might be overly detail oriented and am being far too critical! The work completed seems okay so far, I will report in the long term!

I worked with Blade from Birchwood BMW collision and was initially surprised that his title, or the position listed on his desk, was a luxury car collision expert. When he started asking me detailed questions about my accident, I could tell he was knowledgeable and that I was in good hands. When he set me up with a rental car he made it easy and affordable, and even had me picked up in front of the dealership, and when I was done with the car I just brought it back to the collision center and didn't have to go through the process of returning a rental car which can be tedious in time consuming. When I got the vehicle back everything was exactly how it was before the accident. When I arrived at his office to sign the documents once everything was fixed, he had all four of the documents ready for me to sign, so there was no waiting. Overall an excellent transaction. If I could recommend one thing it would be for them to get their coffee station working now that the worst parts of COVID seem to be behind us but at this point I'm just being nitpicky lol Thanks to everyone at Birchwood collision for getting my car fixed up in an orderly and timely fashion
