★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allé à 2 reprise avec un service à la clientèle des plus désagréable. La gérante a vraiment l'air bête et son assistante n'est pas vraiment mieux et à l'air au désespoir. Je ne vous conseille pas cette endroit.
I went 2 times with the most rude customer service. The manager really looks silly and her assistant is not really better and looks desperate. I do not recommend this place.

Aujourd'hui le 12 sept rien reçu malgré de nombreuse plaintes..cancellé notre soirée pour fêter l'événement et scrapé mes fiançailles!!!ils ne veulent pas me rembourser et on ma bague en otage...
August 8th I bought a bank for our fiancaille planned August 23rd ... sent on August 10th to have good size. Today the 12 sept nothing received despite many complaints.Cancellé our evening to celebrate the event and scraped my engagement !!! They do not want to pay me back and my ring is hostage ...

Je suis aller acheter une chaine pour mon garçon de 2 ans, j’ai mentionné a la vendeuse (la gérante) que je voulais quelque chose de résistant et que j’en ai vu une autre dans une bijouterie plus loin. Elle me vend la chaine en me mentionnant qu’elle est resistante , qualité/prix ca vaut la peine et que j'ai une garantie avec si je la prend... je décide donc de la prendre, 2 semaines plus tard je suis de retour puisque mon garcon l’a brisé. Cette même gérante est là, elle me demande ce que je veux, avec un bel air, elle me demande mes informations et c'est tout , aucune autres informations. Je reçois un appel 2 semaine plus tard que ma chaine est revenu . Je vais la chercher, en rentrant labas, je me suis dit que je pourrais acheter une chaine pour mon conjoint dont cest la fete tres bientot, mais aussitot arrivé, on me demande 13.80$ pour la réparation... je lui mentionne que non j'ai une garantie . Elle vérifie et me dit : ah oui ok pour cette fois ci, mais prochaine fois tu vas devoir être chargé... je lui demande donc pourquoi puisqu’elle ma vendu sa chaine avec une garantie .. elle me dit que c'est une garantie du manufacturier rien de plus . Je la remet en contexte en lui expliquant que c’était pour mon garçon de 2ans et quelle ma dit que c’était une bonne chaine résistante et en plus que j'avais une garantie (elle a clairement jouer avec les mots puisqu'elle ne ma pas dit que c'était seulement une garantie du manufacturier... tout ça pour vendre) elle me répond: ah pi de tout façon ça me tente pas aujourd’hui bye. Et elle sen va ...
Je préfère aller faire acheter la chaine de mon conjoint et réparer la chaine de mon garçon ailleurs la prochaine fois et payer pour service de qualité
I do not recommend this place at all.
I went to buy a chain for my boy of 2 years, I mentioned to the saleswoman (the manager) that I wanted something resistant and that I saw another one in a jeweler further. She sells me the chain by mentioning me that it is resistant, quality / price it is worth it and that I have a guarantee with if I take it ... so I decide to take it, 2 weeks later I am of back since my boy broke it. This same manager is there, she asks me what I want, with a beautiful air, she asks me my information and that's all, no other information. I get a call 2 weeks later that my channel is back. I'm going to get her, on my way home, I thought I could buy a chain for my spouse, which is the party very soon, but immediately arrived, I'm asked $ 13.80 for the repair ... I mention that no j have a guarantee. She checks and says: oh yes ok for this time, but next time you'll have to be loaded ... so I ask why since she sold my chain with a guarantee .. she said it's a manufacturer's warranty nothing more. I put it in context by explaining to him that it was for my boy of 2 years old and that it told me that it was a good resistant chain and in addition that I had a guarantee (it clearly to play with the words since it does not my step said it was only a guarantee of the manufacturer ... all that to sell) she replied: ah pi anyway it tempts me not today bye. And she's fine ...
I'd rather go buy my husband's chain and fix my boy's chain somewhere else next time and pay for quality service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À noter ici que les vendeuses, j'ai rien de négatif à dire sur elles. Elles ont été super gentille et courtoises. C'est le RÉPARATEUR le problème!!!
Nous avons acheté mon set d'alliance pour notre mariage. J'ai du l'envoyer chez le manufacturier se faire agrandir. Non seulement ça a pris beaucoup plus de temps qu'il nous avait été dit... mais une fois la demande faite et la bague au doigt, on se rend compte que ma bague est revenu du manufacturier avec 2 DIAMANTS MANQUANTS!!!
Les 2 bagues ont êtes mal poli et agrandit. Ce qui fait qu'on sent le joint ou les 2 bagues ont été agrandit et elles sont mal poli : c'est brunâtre/noir alors que c'est supposé être de l'or blanc!
Mon set d'alliance revient pour une 2ieme fois du réparateur... ben criss il manque ENCORE 1 diamant???
Alors je dois la retrouver pour une 3ieme fois chez le réparateur!!! Cest VRAIMENT du gros n'importe quoi!!!
J'ai jamais vu un travail aussi bâclé et pourrit que celui-ci. On en revient pas comment on peut recevoir des bijoux qui coûtent extrêmement cher dans cet état! C'est totalement abérant et inacceptable!!!
Note here that the saleswomen, I have nothing negative to say about them. They were super nice and courteous. The REPAIRER is the problem !!!
We bought my wedding ring set for our wedding. I had to send it to the manufacturer to have it enlarged. Not only did it take much longer than we had been told ... but once the request was made and the ring on the finger, we realize that my ring came back from the manufacturer with 2 MISSING DIAMONDS !!!
The 2 rings have been poorly polished and enlarged. This makes you feel the seal or the 2 rings have been enlarged and they are poorly polished: it is brownish / black when it is supposed to be white gold!
My wedding ring set returns for a 2nd time from the repairer ... well criss it is STILL missing 1 diamond???
So I have to find it for a 3rd time at the repairer !!! This is REALLY big nonsense !!!
I have never seen a job as shoddy and rotten as this. We can't believe how we can receive jewelry that is extremely expensive in this condition! It is totally abhorrent and unacceptable !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manque de professionnalisme! Mon conjoint s’est fait vendre une bague qui ne faisait pas à ma taille. Il ne nous ont pas remboursé mais offert un échange. Par contre, il n’ont pas voulu respecter le même rabais offert sur la première bague. Résultat: bague de moindre valeur pour plus cher! Les employées ne se démarque pas par leur sourire, ni leurs connaissances! Leurs prix sont gonflés et la qualité des bijoux est très de base. Dans le passé, j’avais fait plusieurs achats dans leurs boutiques....plus jamais!
Lack of professionalism! My partner was sold a ring that did not fit me. They did not refund us but offered an exchange. However, they did not want to respect the same discount offered on the first ring. Result: lower value ring for more! The employees do not stand out with their smile or their knowledge! Their prices are inflated and the quality of the jewelry is very basic. In the past, I had made several purchases in their stores ... never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An inflated price for a pearl ring that broke in almost 2 months. Their Exemptions to Warranty voids anything due to "accident, by abuse or by normal wear and tear of the customer" written on the back of their invoice.
