★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my deceased mother's ring to be repaired. I looked around to a few places but nobody had amazing reviews like these guys. On the ring, the claws had come loose and let the stone fall out. I had taken it to 3 other jewellers that made repairs, all $400+, and everytime, the stone fell out. This time, I took it to Manufacture De Bijoux St. Georges they repaired it with stronger claws and I am confident the claws are finally strong enough to hold. Finally someone listened! Annand... they fixed it the same day, during my trip to Costco. They were very respectful, kind, and helpful. Also I'm English and don't speak much French, and they made me feel comfortable in their store. I've found my favorite jeweller for life. I feel good bringing all my business here and i'm a first time customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service, I came in to have a silver necklace repaired and a silver bracelet witch needed to have 2 links removed. Rick welcomed me and treated me really well. The other brothers are courteous as well. Rick listened to what I wanted done, took my measurements and told me it was going to be ready the next day and it was. All was done for a fair and reasonable price, I will definitely go back if I need anything and will recommend this place to everyone I know. Keep up the good work guys, your customer service is impeccable.

The present owners’ father had fabricated a wedding band for me 27 yrs ago. The sons have continued in their father’s footsteps, keeping the time-honored tradition of respect, professionalism and craftsmanship alive. I live in Florida now for the past 27 years and was visiting my family in the area this month. I needed a lobster clasp for my necklace and Rick fixed it while John & I caught up with the events in our lives of these last 27 years. It was like I never left, made me feel right at home. This family business has always been sincere, professional and dedicated to their customers. It’s businesses like this one that make me miss my hometown. Anyone who’s living (or even just traveling through the Laurentians), please consider making this business one of your places to shop or have something repaired. It’s worth every minute and dollar. Wonderful experience!
