Apres 30 minutes, ils ont reussi a changer la batterie, mais incapable de réparer le bracelet. 15$ pour une batterie.... Pire service à la clientèle que jai vu et ce nest pas la premiere fois que ca arrive. Unable to change my watch battery and repair the bracelet. After 30 minutes, they managed to change the battery, but unable to repair the bracelet. $ 15 for a battery .... Worse customer service I've seen and it's not the first time it's happening.

Il était impossible de le faire très surprenant, d'autant plus qu'avec l'informatique on peut tout faire ou presque. De plus lors de l'achat ils ne m’ont pas spécifié qu'on pouvait avoir nos dollars CAA. Donc étant donné la transaction faite, la vendeuse m'a dit qu'il était trop tard. Ce son de petit détail qui fait la satisfaction ou pas d'un client. Surtout lors de gros achat. C'est ce qui fait la différence souvent à savoir si j'achète en ligne ou pas. Bon service a l'achat, mais dès qu'il y a eu des problèmes, les 3x que nous avons du y retourner nous avons eu un service froid et peu de considération. Plus jamais je n'achète quelque chose là. I bought a watch as a gift, the battery was no longer working when it was offered 2 weeks later and there was a problem with the mechanism afterwards. Good service with the purchase, but as soon as there were problems, the 3x we had to go back there we had a cold service and little consideration. Never again do I buy something there.

Je pouvais voir les défauts sur ma bague et une employée a confirmé qu'il y en avait bien. 3 semaines plus tard, après qu'ils aient ''supposément'' fait les retouches, je les voient toujours ainsi que la dame. La gérante d'un ton méprisant me dit qu'elle ne regarderais pas puisque à son œil à elle tout était parfait. À 1600$, j'aurais bien aimée qu'elle la regarde à nouveau. J'ai l'impression qu'on m'a mentis et que rien du tout n'a été restauré. In no way appreciated the attitude of the manager. I could see the flaws on my ring and an employee confirmed there were some. 3 weeks later, after they 'supposedly' did the touch-ups, I still see them and the lady. The manager contemptuously told me that she would not look because in her eyes everything was perfect. At $ 1600, I wish she had watched it again. I feel like I've been lied to and nothing at all has been restored.
M	Melody B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible expérience. Les dames offrent un service très lent, avec peu de capacités (elles ne savent jamais quoi faire avec nos bijoux). Vendeuses menteuses et manipulatrices. Pour une raison que j'ignore toujours ça fait 2 ans que j'ai des mauvais services de cette bijouterie et pourtant j'y retournais, maintenant c'est fini. Les vendeuses offrent un prix pour les réparations, puis finalement nous appellent après des délais de 2 semaines à 1 mois prétextant que le coût de la réparation est maintenant rendu le double. La raison? Une dame a déjà eu une réaction allergique au matériel que j'avais demandé alors maintenant ils décident de mettre le matériel beaucoup plus cher à tous les clients (où est la logique?) et en plus, ce magnifique détail vous est dit une fois que la réparation, supposément irréversible, est déjà réalisée alors qu'il ne vous reste qu'à payer! Comme c'est pratique de faire de l'argent sur le dos des consommateurs! Et si on ose dire que leur façon de faire est trompeuse, elles mettent la faute sur nous en ayant accepté de faire réparer auprès de leur fournisseur. Pire service de bijouterie, n'allez jamais à cet endroit. Horrible experience. The ladies offer very slow service, with little capacity (they never know what to do with our jewelry). Liar and manipulative saleswomen. For some reason I still do not know it's been 2 years since I have poor service from this jewelry store and yet I was going back, now it's over. The saleswomen offer a price for the repairs, then finally call us after delays of 2 weeks to 1 month claiming that the cost of the repair is now doubled. The reason? A lady once had an allergic reaction to the material I requested so now they decide to put the material much more expensive for all customers (where is the logic?) And in addition, this wonderful detail is told to you once the supposedly irreversible repair has already been carried out when all you have to do is pay! How convenient it is to make money off the backs of consumers! And if we dare to say that their way of doing things is misleading, they blame us by having agreed to have them repaired with their supplier. Worst jewelry service, never go to this place.

Aujourd’hui servis par la gérante. Premièrement, on observe qu'elle n'aime pas du tout son travail. Elle est vulgaire et un grand manque de respect. Elle n’a aucun savoir-être et coup la parole sans arrêt. Je ne recommande en aucun cas cet endroit et la gérante devrait peut-être aller travailler dans un laboratoire, car son service à la clientèle est médiocre. Un grand manque de professionnalisme. La gérante devrait prendre sa retraite. Qu'elle laisse sa place à une personne mieux qualifié et qui aura à coeur le service à la clientèle. I have always been to have my chain repaired there. I have always had good service. Every time I've been there, I've never been asked for a ticket. Now served by the manager. First, we observe that she does not like her job at all. She is vulgar and a great lack of respect. She has no demeanor and keeps talking all the time. I would not recommend this place in any way and maybe the manager should go to work in a lab as her customer service is poor. A great lack of professionalism. The manager is expected to retire.
