Leur application de suivi ne fonctionne pas. Very bad service. I asked for a taxi, they told me it would arrive quickly. An hour and a half later, still no taxi. Their tracking app is not working.

Le chauffeur a eu beaucoup de misère a trouver notre demeure. même si je lui ait dis 2 fois. Rendu devant chez nous, nous sommes sorti avec nos 2 valises et packsacs. Monsieur a ouvert la valise de l'auto sans même se lever de son siège. Il neigait, c'était glissant et on a du mettre les valises dans le coffre nous-mêmes. J'ai 75 ans et mon épouse 67. Merci le respect. Rendu a Dorval, même chose. Il ouvre la valise de l'intérieur et arrangez-vous. Pas très invitant pour vous rappeler a notre prochain voyage. Nous demeurons a Terrebonne. Nous avions appeler une autre compagnie avant vous mais avions été mis en attente. J'ai choisi Lys Taxi en deuxième. Mauvais choix. Very disappointed with the service received. We ordered a car for March 1 at: 000 for the airport. The driver had a lot of trouble finding our home. even though I told him twice. Made in front of our house, we went out with our 2 suitcases and packsacs. Monsieur opened the trunk of the car without even getting up from his seat. It was snowing, it was slippery and we had to put the suitcases in the trunk ourselves. I am 75 years old and my wife is 67. Thank you respect. Returned to Dorval, same thing. He opens the suitcase from inside and get settled. Not very inviting to remind you of our next trip. We live in Terrebonne. We had called another company before you but had been put on hold. I chose Lys Taxi second. Bad choice.
