Je dois encore y retournes pour une 3 j'en fois car la grandeur ne fait pas encore. Et à chaque fois c'est 35 $ Et plus. I had my purchased ring enlarged from 6 to 8.5. When I got it back it would be 7.5. I still have to go back for a 3 I times because the size is not yet. And each time it's $ 35 And more.

Elle était défectueuse. J'ai seulement voulu savoir le type de pile qui fonctionnerait normalement. Jai reposé la question deux ou trois fois, différemment pour être comprise : au lieu de me répondre, on m'a dit "bonne journée madame". Je me suis sentie jetée hors du magasin. Je suis absolument déçue et n'ai aucune envie d'y retourner même si je sais le travail être professionnel et de qualité. I went there twice. I had the impression of being treated differently, of being judged by Mr. Armen. I was very badly received. The first time, I came to choose a watch strap for my Cardinal. They did not want to advise me when I asked for an opinion. I felt like we were looking forward to when I was about to leave. The second time around, we didn't want to answer the questions I had about a Seiko watch that I took for the battery. It was flawed. I only wanted to know the type of battery that would work normally. I asked the question two or three times, differently to be understood: instead of answering me, I was told "good day madam". I felt thrown out of the store. I am absolutely disappointed and have no desire to go back there even though I know the work to be professional and of quality.

When I got back the watch, the stopwatch wouldn't reset to 0. Brought it back, they fixed it, but left a hair in the watch. Brought it back and I was treated like I was the one who put the damn hair in there. They finally removed the hair after being rude and insulting to me, now the hour marker of the stopwatch won't work. I won't go there anymore neither to get it fixed again, they would create another problem.
