Ma chaîne avait besoin d'une soudure et l'anneau de mon médaillon était casser. Pour la modique somme de 60$ j'ai une chaîne et un médaillon réparer comme si s'était des neufs . Ils ont même nettoyez et poli mon médaillon. Le service est impeccable et la dame très gentille et honnête. Je suis allez ailleurs le jour avant et il.me chargeait 2x le prix. ET ON ESSAYER avec de la pression d'accepter leur termes. Je suis bien contente d'avoir confier mes réparations à la bijouterie St Roch. Au 5333 boul. Laurier a terrebonne. Je n'irai plus jamais ailleurs.je vous recommande cette bijouterie. C'est des amours. I needed a miracle, my chain and my grandmother's locket was in poor condition. My chain needed soldering and my locket ring was breaking. For the modest sum of $ 60 I have a chain and a medallion to repair as if they were new. They even cleaned and polished my locket. The service is impeccable and the lady very kind and honest. I went elsewhere the day before and he charged me 2x the price. AND WE TRY with pressure to accept their terms. La dame lui a dit que ce serait 30$ donc elle était d'accord. Lorsqu'elle est retourné les chercher, elle lui a dit qu'elle n'avait jamais dit ça et lui a dit que c'était 102$! Si au moins elle avait été honnête au début... Faites attention! Super disappointed with this jewelry store. I have a family member who has been arranging a bracelet and a necklace. The lady told her it would be $ 30 so she agreed. When she went back to get them, she told him she never said that and told him it was $ 102! If at least she had been honest at first ... I have an antique pocket watch that many jewelers in Ontario and Quebec could not repair because of parts, But: Bijouterie St-Roch has repaired and cleaned the watch and it is still running today.
