When I myself do the best job that I could get from them .. A seam of 2 centimeters to repair, I would have done better myself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accueil peu chaleureux. Je suis allée faire faire un changement de zipper. Ce qui a bel et bien été fait mais en revanche, ils ont cousu ma poche de pantalon... pas une bonne expérience pour une première visite...
Unwelcoming welcome. I went to have a zipper changed. Which was indeed done, but on the other hand, they sewed my pants pocket ... not a good experience for a first visit ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La couturière a eu le jeans 1 semaine pour refaire une poche et elle n'a rien fait, très compliqué et elle avait d'autres commandes plus importantes à faire(ses paroles)
The seamstress had the jeans 1 week to redo a pocket and she did nothing, very complicated and she had other more important orders to do (her words)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dry cleaned 2 of my suits, did a good job on time. The shirts, not so much, I could've done a better job, and I needed one of them for the next morning. Very disappointing. I called to complain and explain that , the lady told me to go to Mascouche and they will have it done there.. No compensation offered for the time wasted or anything. I am ironing them at home, easier, faster and certainly better.. Money wasted, not going there anymore..
