Climco Climatisation & chauffage

Ça fait plusieurs années que l’on fait affaire avec Climco (installation et entretien de notre air climatisé ) et on a toujours du bon service, mais aujourd’hui, Brian et Providence sont venus faire notre entretien annuel et faut bien le dire, les deux avaient en plus de leur compétence, un petit quelque chose de plus que l’on nomme : un excellent service à la clientèle. Merci à tous les deux, ils ont été d’une grande gentillesse et ce fut un plaisir de les avoir chez nous.

one of the worst companies i have dealt with. when i spent over 4500$ for a mitsubishi heat pump i thought i would be getting quality and great service from this company who is one of the bigger ones in my area but the service and respect that they gave is just sad. i wanted the outside unit placed on a certain wall outside but the sales rep told me that it would be better on a different wall because it was easier to run the wiring to the electric panel. installation day came they installed everything but left holes on the outside walls that they tried to hide with an aluminum cap, i called them up the very next day, took them a week to come fix it, during that time we got mice coming into our house. the company said they were coming in from other places on my house. isnt it ironic that i havent had a mouse before and now i was getting a dozen coming in. once they closed the holes i also told them that the unit outside was making lots of noise especially overnight, the person said that it is normal noise. it literally sounded like a truck was parked and idling right beside the house. they said that they had to come back another time to look at it. after a few days i had to call them to remind them, i then waited a few weeks. when they came they did a few tests and then came to the conclusion that all the noises coming from the machine were normal. my neighbor has the EXACT same machine and it doesnt make this noise EVER! the company didnt want to do anything about it, in my mind something is defective on the machine but they wont change it because they say everything is normal and they dont want to move it to my original spot that i wanted without me dishing out another 700$. we have spoken to them many times about this and all they say is pay the extra 700 and we will move it for. this is after they flat out called myself and my neighbor liars about the noise that the machine makes, not finishing their job properly and not wanting to change pieces on a defective unit.

I worked on a project with M Sicard and his team to have AC installed in a condo project in Montreal. M. Sicard is one of the most professional individuals in business today. Even as president of the company he gave us his full time and patience and walked everyone through the process and made sure that everyone who purchased a system was totally pleased with their purchase. Very rare these days. When I moved to another sector, Mr. Sicard was the first person I called to have a new system installed. Professional & trustworthy - my first choice.

I have 4 estimates for the same service from this company. They were unwilling to honour the first contract they sent which I had accepted. Not too professional.

Mr Gervais was detailed in cleaning the machine and very respectful with cleanliness. The machine performance has now improved.
