★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait affaire avec Climatisation Desbiens pour la première fois et nous sommes très satisfait du service rendu. Ils étaient a l'heure convenue, les instructions et explications concernant l'utilisation/entretient de la machine était très clair. Dans les circonstance actuel (COVID-19) je dois admettre avoir été en pleinne confiance les mesures était présente.
Concernant le produit nous avons opter pour un modèle de marque Tosot qui jusqu'à présent performe très bien. Afin de répondre à notre budget nous n'avons eu l'occasion d'opter pour un produit de haute gamme t'elle que Daikin mais espéront tout de même que le choix de la marque bon marché sera en mesure de répondre à plusieurs année d'utilisation et d'être en mesure d'avoir des pièces de rechange en cas de bris futur qui selon eux ne devrais pas être un problème.
Basé sur notre expérience je suggère à tous d'opter pour Climatisation Desbiens, encouragez local et vous aurez un service t'elle que d'écris ci-haut.

 We did business with Climatisation Desbiens for the first time and we are very satisfied with the service provided. They were at the agreed time, the instructions and explanations regarding the use / maintenance of the machine was very clear. Under the current circumstances (COVID-19) I must admit that I was in full confidence the measures were present.
Regarding the product we have opted for a Tosot brand model which so far performs very well. In order to meet our budget, we only had the opportunity to opt for a high-end product like Daikin but still hope that the choice of inexpensive brand will be able to meet several years of 'use and to be able to have spare parts in case of future breakage which they believe should not be a problem.
Based on our experience, I suggest everyone opt for Climatisation Desbiens, encourage local and you will have a service just as described above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En 2016, Climatisation Desbiens, par l'entremise de Logimax, constructeur de maisons neuves, a installée une thermopompe dans ma nouvelle maison, une Windair. En 2018... première panne du climatiseur, coût de la réparation, plus de 700$. En 2021, deuxième panne du climatiseur, Climatisation Desbiens, n'a même pas retourné mon appel. En plus de vendre des produits de piètre qualité, il ne fournisse pas non plus un bon service après vente. Je déconseille fortement.
In 2016, Climatisation Desbiens, through Logimax, a new home builder, installed a heat pump in my new home, a Windair. In 2018 ... first air conditioner failure, repair cost over $ 700. In 2021, the second air conditioner failure, Air Conditioning Desbiens, did not even return my call. Besides selling poor quality products, it also does not provide good after sales service. I strongly advise against.

Stéphane a pris le temps de m’expliquer que je n’aurais pas de meilleur performance avec une autre unité et que ça ne servait à rien de procéder à un changement. Service courtois, professionnel et très honnête. Il a pris le temps pour m’expliquer. Définitivement que Climatisation Desbiens sera au haut de ma liste lorsque j’aurai de besoin dans le futur.
I called to change my air exchanger and get a quote. Stéphane took the time to explain to me that I wouldn't have a better performance with another unit and that there was no point in making a change. Courteous, professional and very honest service. He took the time to explain it to me. Definitely Air Conditioning Desbiens will be at the top of my list when I need it in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai fait malheureusement affaire avec Climatisation Desbiens pour une réparation d’un climatiseur mural. Mon idée première était le remplacement vu l’âge avancé de celle-ci et les restrictions sur le gaz fréon R22. J’ai expliqué au téléphone l’état de cette unité, l’âge de celle-ci, son manque de fréon et que j’étais en période de soumission pour son remplacement. En connaissance de cause, Il m’offre tout de même de faire une visite pour la réparer, j’accepte le service. Le technicien est venu chez moi pour me répéter exactement la condition de l’unité que je lui avais portant mentionné au téléphone un peu plus tôt et ajoute que le coût du nettoyage et du R22 étant très élevé cela ne valait pas la peine. Il aurait pu m’indiquer cela au téléphone sans se déplacer, il est reparti en effectuant aucun diagnostique et réparation mais en me laissant facture salée. Ce qui m’a vraiment choqué, c’est qu’il m’a indiqué qu’il était pour réduire les frais si j’achète d’eux. Les soumissionnaires qui m’ont rendu visite (pas de chez Desbiens) ne m’ont absolument rien chargé pour une soumission, de plus j’attends toujours après leur soumission et je n’ai eu aucun retour depuis. Je trouve cette pratique déloyale et un manque total de professionnalisme de la part de Climatisation Desbiens. Jamais je referai affaire avec cette compagnie qui profite des occasions.
Unfortunately, I did business with Climatisation Desbiens for a repair of a wall mounted air conditioner. My first idea was the replacement given the advanced age of this one and the restrictions on the R22 freon gas. I explained over the phone the condition of this unit, its age, its lack of Freon and that I was in the bidding period for its replacement. Knowing the facts, He still offers me a visit to repair it, I accept the service. The technician came to my house to tell me exactly what the condition of the unit I had mentioned to him on the phone was earlier and added that the cost of cleaning and R22 being so high it was not worth it. He could have told me that over the phone without going, he left with no diagnostics and repairs, but left me with a heavy bill. What really shocked me was that he told me he was to cut costs if I bought from them. The bidders who visited me (not from Desbiens) charged me absolutely nothing for a bid, plus I'm still waiting after their bid and have had no feedback since. I find this practice unfair and a total lack of professionalism on the part of Climatisation Desbiens. I will never do business again with this company which takes advantage of the opportunities.

Stéphane, qui est venu faire la soumission, a pris plus d'une heure et demie en tout pour faire le tour, évaluer les options et m'a proposé la meilleure option. Pas de surprise, tout a été bien réfléchi avant les travaux. Les installateurs (marc et j-f) étaient super sympathiques, professionnels, ponctuels et soucieux du détail. Ils se sont assuré de laisser les lieux propres après. Ils ont pris le temps de m'expliquer le tout et répondre à mes questions. Je n'hésiterai pas à faire appel pour de futurs projets.
I highly recommend this company. I had my air exchanger changed as part of the venmar security update program. Stéphane, who came to do the bidding, took more than an hour and a half in total to go around, evaluate the options and offered me the best option. No surprise, everything was well thought out before the work. The installers (marc and j-f) were super friendly, professional, punctual and detail oriented. They made sure to leave the place clean afterwards. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. I will not hesitate to call for future projects.

I ordered a filter for my air exchanger from them they coted me 60$ for it .. now 2 weeks later it arrived in between we spoke 2-3 times to check the status of my order. Finally i am going there to pick it up and to pay and guess what my filter costs over 100$ . They say they game me the wrong price .. ok i understand but then you call your client and you explain what happened .. but no they let me go there lose my time and gas. This is a
" disgusting " new tactic . Shame on you... if you really need to do business with them have everything in writing.
