La gérante me coupe la parole au téléphone puisque j'essaye de lui expliquer pourquoi je suis insatisfaite...ma bague a passé plus de temps en réparation que dans mon doigt. Après avoir été la raporter 3 fois ( depuis Septembre ) et ENFIN prête...2 secondes passe et un autre zircon décollé. TRÈS DÉÇU. Je n'y retournerai plus jamais.
Very bad service. The manager cuts me off on the phone since I try to explain to her why I am dissatisfied ... my ring has spent more time in repair than in my finger. After having brought it back 3 times (since September) and FINALLY ready ... 2 seconds pass and another zircon peeled off. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I will never stay there again.

Ils m’ont dit de revenir dans une demi-heure. Quand je suis retourné pour aller le chercher. il était trop serré.il ressemblait plus à celle qu’on avait mesuré j’ai dit comme quoi qu’il était trop petit ils m’ont dit que ça se portait comme ça. Il a même changé de couleur. En plus il est plus long sur un côté.Je suis très déçu et je suis sûre que je ne retournera plus.

Devais être un anneau en argent avec de la soudure. Très déçu.

Had to be a silver ring with solder. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C’est la première fois que je fais changer la batterie de ma montre et qu’on me rend ma montre sans prendre soin de la mettre à l’heure. Mais quel service !! De plus dans la même journée j’ai perdu l’endos de ma montre qui avait mal été replacé . Wow !!!
This is the first time that I have had my watch battery changed and my watch returned to me without taking care to update it. But what a service !! Also in the same day I lost the back of my watch which had been incorrectly replaced. Wow !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to change my battery on my watch. Was told to come back 15 minutes later because the lady at the counter couldn't open it and had to wait for the jeweler to do it. Came back to find the glass of the watch all scratched on the opposite side of were they forced to open it. Never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bracelet and earrings for my daughter. The bracelet was too big so i left it there to have it resized. meanwhile i found something better at the mall. Went back 30minutes later the lady said once she bills there is no refund. Its the first time i go to a jewelry store where they dont do refunds for an item i didnt even picked up yet!! Never again!!!
