★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visite ce matin pour ma belle mère,on lui a demander de s'asseoir sur la chaise a l'extérieur du commerce en attendant qu'on lui réponde,on lui a demander si elle avait un dossier là elle a repondu non,elle voulait simplement avoir un nouveau coussinet pour sa lunette,et après 10 minutes assie sa chaise je lui ai dit daller voir parce que personne est venue la chercher...pour ce faire dire lopticien n'a pas le temps,avec le plus grand des airs bête !!!!!!!!!
Donc non aucune ouverture de dossier ce feras là et je ny referrait personne ZERO!
Parler a votre personnels car c'est pas fort !!
 Visit this morning for my mother-in-law, we asked her to sit on the chair outside the store while waiting for an answer, we asked her if she had a file there she answered no, she wanted just to have a new cushion for his glasses, and after 10 minutes sit his chair I told him to go and see because no one came to get it ... to do so, the optician does not have time, with the greatest of airs beast !!!!!!!!!
So no opening a file will do that and I will not refer anyone ZERO!
Talk to your staff because it's not strong !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propriétaire drôle et gentil. Pas un immense choix de montures, mais on y trouve son compte. Lors de la réception de mes lunettes, la jeune fille semblait un peu sur les nerfs et pressée. Mais bon. Peut-être était elle dans sa période menstruelle. Une belle expérience en sommes. L'examen de la vue est abordable comparément à d'autre endroit.
Funny and kind owner. Not a huge choice of frames, but there is something for it. Upon receiving my glasses, the girl seemed a little on edge and in a hurry. But OK. Maybe she was in her menstrual period. A great experience. The eye exam is affordable compared to other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucune étoile. Au rdv pour essayer mes lunettes, la dame n’était pas du tout à mon écoute. J’essayais de lui monter que ma monture était croche. Trop prétentieuse elle ne m’écoutait pas. Bien sûr j’ai fini par dire que je ferai ajuster mes lunettes neuves ailleurs et surtout pas chez un autre Greiche et SCRAPP. Je n’y retournerai jamais ni les recommanderai. Mon regret est d’avoir tout payer d’avance. Ne faites jamais ça !! Aussi choix de lunettes très très restreint.
No star. When I went to try on my glasses, the lady was not listening to me at all. I tried to tell him that my mount was crooked. Too pretentious she didn't listen to me. Of course I ended up saying that I will have my new glasses adjusted elsewhere and especially not at another Greiche and SCRAPP. I will never go back or recommend them. My regret is that I paid for everything up front. Never do that !! Also very, very limited choice of glasses.

Après avoir vécu une mauvaise expérience auprès d'un autre opticiens, mon conjoint et moi sommes allés chez Greiche & Scaff. Nous avons été reçus par du personnel courtois et professionnel. Le service a été rapide et personnalisé. Nous y retournerons!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'y suis allée deux fois recemment. Une fois il y avait 35 minutes de retard sur mon RDV et l'autre fois presqu'une heure de retard. Très decevant. Je n'y retournerai plus.
I have been there twice recently. Once my appointment was 35 minutes late and the other time almost an hour late. Very disappointing. I won't be going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ j’ai fait faire des lunettes il y a deux ans,l’été dernier j’ai fait changer mes vitres parce que tout grafigner et je fais très attention à mes lunettes car je les portes toutes la journée présentement je suis obligé de porter mes vieille qui ont presque 10 ans parce que je ne vois plus assez bien dans les autres, encore tout égratigner alors j’ai appelé greche & Scaff St Jerome il m’ont dit qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire je devrait prendre rendez-vous et faire d’autres lunettes. Mes vieille lunettes proviennent de Greche & Scaff St Eustache alors pourquoi ceux de St Jerome ne sont pas aussi bonne?Mieux vaut aller ailleurs je crois.
I had glasses made two years ago, last summer I had my windows changed because everything scratched and I am very careful with my glasses because I wear them all day now I have to wear my old who are almost 10 years old because I can't see well enough in others, still scratching everything so I called Greche & Scaff St Jerome they said there was nothing they could do I would have to make an appointment and make other glasses. My old glasses come from Greche & Scaff St Eustache so why aren't those from St Jerome as good? Better to go elsewhere I think.

Valerie conducted several tests before I saw the doctor and afterwards she patiently helped me to choose my frames.She was very pleasant.
Gilles took the measurements for the glasses and Emmanuelle took care of me the day I picked up my new pair.
