★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 pairs of polarized ray ban last month at The Premium Outlet Montreal at a $40 off on the 1st pair and 30% off on the 2nd pair. I asked the sales person at the store about the exchange policy, and I was told that I'll be able to exchange the sunglasses at any sunglass hut stores around Canada. After I went to the Sunglass hut in the Bayshore Mall Ottawa where I live, to exchange a pair I was asked to go to Tanger Outlet as I bought the glasses at an Outlet Store. This wasted half of my day cause of the wrong info given to me during the purchase of the glasses. I contacted the store manager at the Montreal premium outlet store and she said that the employees wouldn't have given such an info on the exchange policy, without even enquiring her sales person about the situation.
