★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steven was very nice and helpful. And bec. Of his pleasant attitude he encouraged people to buy ?. The only thing is your promotion is not very clear. We are told that if you buy a bag and wallet you get extra 20% discount but upon checking my receipt, I did not get additional 20% discount from the bag and the wallet. I went back and asked and they told me that 20% is divided and only portion goes to the bag and the remaining to the wallet. ?

However, they were extremely busy and short of staffs, nobody has time to answer any questions ( no services at all) and help you get new one( also no stock for lots of items).
The products were all over the place, lots of the products also got scratched and missing parts.
Buy from coach outlets online, they are same thing and same price, brand new with no scratches and more stock with more options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very nice even though they made a mistake on our bill (we got charged full price when the wallet was supposed to be 50% off). We had to walk back to the car (parked quite far away) to get the other item on the bill because somehow they cannot make price ajustement unless they see the other items on the bill. We did it even tho it was their mistake, however when we came back, the manager who took over the price ajustement was extremely rude. There was not even a hi nor a smile while she kept wanting our info (number and email and all) to input. She was extremely unpleasant to deal with and when we asked why we had to go back to get the bag, she told us “how do I know if you actually bought a bag”. I’m sorry, we bought it 30min ago AND it’s not even that item we want to have a price adjustment. We brought the wallet back for the price ajustement already…. Are you treating us like we’re thieves? Maybe it’s because we’re asians? In any case, I feel like they have feelings of extreme entitlement because they’re the only coach outlet in Montreal. Hopefully this woman will retire soon, she’s way too unpleasant to deal with. I hope there will be another coach outlet to open in Montreal, this shop I’m going to avoid from now on.
