★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is awful. The doors didn't have a proper lock it could also be opend with a key that im sure the frot desk has. It was so disgusting we didn't even want to sit down on the beds. The hallway is dark and amd stinky. Making things short it was Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here with my wife while visiting Canmore and Banff. Glad there are still affordable options with a very small commute. Sad Banff and Canmore are tilting towards rich with stays costing $380/night. Glad options like this still exist and is just enough for a warm place to stay. Front desk very helpful and encouraged us to call if we needed anything at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient location, close to highway, 10 minutes from beautiful Canmore Alberta, nextdoor to gas station, restaurant, a beautiful nature trail on the back of the property, 5 minutes from Upper Spray Falls, with views of gorgeous ? mountains that surround the property , it's definitely the best Buck for your dollar, the rooms are cozy and there's a common area where you can microwave food, don't expect luxury here, however if you are likely to go on hikes and enjoy what Alberta has to offer and at the end of day come back to a comfortable bed to rest than this is the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't give it any lower stars than 1! Such a smelly dingy hot waste of money on the inside!!!!! The pictures on Expedia on the outside looked nice. Just awful stinky and a waste of money on the inside. Felt like the 80s wanted there furniture and lampshades back! Not even a fan!

A bit overpriced.
WiFi wasn't that good.
Rooms were clean.
Kitchenette not as good as I saw in other pictures.
Washroom in the King's room was too small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know where to begin from. Its my first and last time there. The floors were so dirty, the heat wasn’t working, the beds are disgusting, the wifi barely works, the front desk girl was being rude, the doors doesn’t even lock properly. I started there for 2 days and it was the worst I definitely don’t recommend it. Don’t believe me ? Go head and book a room there and see it yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are extremely outdated, our room only had 4 channels of basic cable to which one 1 got picture and sound that didn't cut out. Hotel itself smells dirty. Extremly over priced, $228 for a room that has a stand up dingy shower, the toilet ran off and on all night long, the "fitted" headboard for the king sized bed was a for a queen sized bed. There was some sort of oil vaping pen left in the drawer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to start with the positive things. The view was great and enjoyed having a balcony. Having a full size kitchen was great. Basic things were provided in order to make and eat meals. I am afraid that's where the good ends.
If it was only one thing I would not bother to say anything. I was amazed at the condition of the room, and I don't mean that in a good way.
The first thing I noticed was the black mold and general dirtiness in the bathroom. There also wasn't a hair dryer (which perhaps wasn't listed)
Three of the towels that were provided were either dirty or permanently stained (either way they should not be used anymore).
The kitchen table was busted up and we weren't able to even use it.
There was a lot of actual garbage under the beds. All three of them. Like empty bottles and chips bags. Obviously it had not cleaned under any of the beds for who knows how long.
The patio door was extremely difficult to close and kept opening on its own.
The TV only had a few channels and the picture was so grainy it was difficult to even watch it.
Needless to say I will not be recommending your establishment to anyone, nor am I at all happy with my stay there. The cost of the room is nowhere near worthy due to the condition of it.
As I said earlier, I usually dont say anything or gives reviews but I was extremely unimpressed with the room.
