I	Illa Gray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here two nights ago as a quick family trip from the Sault, when we arrived we were told our rooms weren’t ready yet, when we were able to check in we arrived to a room with a cleaning chemical smell. (What we thought was a good sign) looking at the beds we had no blankets but only sheets, fries lined the floor with a trail of sticky finger prints across all tables. The lamp was so caked with food or dirt that I had to scrub with a wipe. The bathroom floor and shower were dirty and covered in dark hairs on the toilet and in the sink. The beds are very hard and squeaky and the window was so dirty. We called the front desk to speak about the room condition and was hung up on shortly after, they then moved us to another room where we greeted with no food on the floor but no proper shower curtain and the curtain that was there was like a tablecloth and was covered in small brown/red spots top to bottom. The mini fridge we had was covered with spilled sticky mess inside. The headboards were very sticky.. the pool was okay but beware as the chlorine burns your eyes from standing even near it lol. We travelled as a family and the other rooms had no linen to beds, sinks wouldn’t drain, dirty areas and strange smells. Would not stay here again, especially for 130$ we were charged.

The supervisor Sasha was very friendly and helpful with providing me with a last minute room change with a sliding door off the parking lot. The unloading and loading of stuff from my vehicle was much faster and easier. I stay at the Travelodge often and the service is always very helpful even when busy.
G	Gaetanne Larocque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here a few times. Friendly staff, nice restaurant. There's a fridge in lobby I was able to get a snack when everything was closed. Great location as I was central to all the places I wanted to go. Bell park was within walking distance, so was the IMAX and science center. Good value.

Restaurant was attached and very convenient for quick breakfasts Negative: House keeping did nothing in my room during my entire stay, bed never made, no fresh towels, no towels in pool area. Internet access difficult to connect
J	Judith Bower on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lobby was beautiful. Restaurant was good quality and service. Hotel staff were good. Room had no clock radio and microwave would not record the time. Uncomfortable beds, worst sleep I have ever had.No handicap button to open entrance doors. No hot tub but web says there is. Outside areas are full of butts on the ground. Lots of bird poop by the entrance. No do not disturb sigh so had to get someone to give me one.Garbage put in hallway outside several rooms and stayed there over 12 hrs.

Staff was fantastic and snacks were cheap plus Perkins is built in the hotel so you don't have to leave for breakfast or you can get it delivered to your room. Pool was kinda cold and hot tub was out of service. Other then that...fantastic!
L	Lauren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall 2 stairs due to the cleanliness of the room. It looked as though the sheets were not changed as there were crumbs in the bed upon arrival. The bathroom was mostly clean however, there were stains on ceiling from what looked to be a leak. The rooms need some updating for sure! The bed was very uncomfortable and springy ... when you sat on the bed you sank down. The pillows were very small, almost like the size decorative couch pillows (very uncomfortable). My fiance did complain about the cleanliness to front desk and they did provide an upgraded room. However, the upgrade room was also not the cleanest and the bed was uncomfortable as well with small sized pillows. The customer service was great and that is why I gave an extra star. Would not recommend this place unless you have no other option as you can get a room for same price or cheaper at better hotels.
H	Howie McNeil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived it was -20 degrees outside and wow it was -20 degrees in our room as well. The floor in the bathroom was ice rink cold. The lobby is nice, but our room was severely outdated with old furniture and a tiny television. The bed & pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The icing on the cake, is I forgot the charger for my laptop in the room. Tammy the assistant manager was less than understanding and even less polite and helpful. She insisted that I mail them a shipping label. She refused to have me pay for the shipping any other way. They need new front management and better training for sure. I had to travel 2 hours to retrieve it myself. For a $5.00 shipping, unbelievable! . This is a cruel way to treat any customer. You pay for what you get is now my understanding.
