★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice short little 1.5km hike across from the campground. The beginning of the trail before the loop is normally wet and muddy. There is a couple steep sections as well as some wet sections in the loop but most of the trail is dry. There is a two nice viewpoints on the trail looking out over the lake.

The final Whiteshell trail for me to complete. That's all 37 in the park that I've been on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a fun Hiking Trail! It is well maintained - lots of uphill, rocks, etc. Has a beautiful view of the lake at the end! For years, we would bring a group of friends for a weekend to Big Whiteshell and do an Amazing Race throughout the campground - we always added this hiking trail into it - loads of fun! It's not too tough, so you can do this hike with kids or with your pets! So peaceful :)
