★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't take responsibility for their mistakes. While replacing a valve on my tire, they broke the valve stem in such a way that the tire pressure sensor needed to be replaced. They charged me $100 extra to replace the sensor. The day after I drove out of the shop, the tire pressure sensors started malfunctioning and the tire pressure light went on. When I talked to them about it they said it wasn't their problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super convenient location. I personally have been using big O since my first car back in 1979.a heavily modified Datsun 510 with BF Goodrich tires. Super knowledgeable. Fast, good selection of new and used tires.i don't go anywhere else. I've used big O for all my cars and my dad started using big O in the 60's. I definately keep coming back to big 0. These guys do a great job!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here since the 80s and while a few faces have changed over the years everything else is pretty much the same. I think they are fair-minded and do a good job. They treat people the same whether they come in with a luxury vehicle or an old, ordinary vehicle. I hope they can stay in the neighbourhood for many more years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in at 11am, got my tire changed with no wait. 1/3 the price of Mr Lube for the same service, and they sold me a part I needed for next to nothing. Great shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, great workmanship. Owner is very involved and runs a tight ship, friendly staff. They'll do work like patching up your tires from a puncture that larger franchised/ "brand name" tire shops refuse to do - since those places prioritise up-selling you a set of new tires instead of repairing a perfectly fine one. Happy to have come across small shop like this that puts customers ahead of profit. Support the local businesses !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have always found Big O on Broadway and its owners (both past and present!) to be very helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy...We've been going with all our vehicles since 1967, having purchased tires there, put on or changed rims, changed snowtires to all-seasons and back again, patched leaks, etc...Big O has always been there - quick and efficient. Excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being told we needed a new tire from another shop, we went to Big O’s where the incredibly professional technicians told us that the tire we had could be repaired. They fixed it within 15min at a reasonable cost. We will only be going to this tire shop for any future needs. The best service I’ve ever received regarding tires.
