Staff was very professional and very family like, rooms I stayed in were clean and spacious, breakfast selection was perfect. A special thank you to Tracy McGivern who was exceptional and for going above and beyond to make my stay even better.

The reason I only give it 2 stars in because I asked everyday for 5 days to have my room cleaned and no one showed up. Shampoo and toiletries were empty and I had to go down and get more. Sink was getting dirty and ended up cleaning it myself.

Make your own waffles with incredible toppings. I’d go there just for breakfast ! But the cool king bedroom room with the living room , kitchenette balcony, is like being at my place. You need to stay a week to fully appreciate the pool and wineries . Antiques , ice cream and waffles! That’s a getaway! Don’t forget to tip your servers !

While busy with families the children in the pool were very respectful of retired folks and staff were perfectly friendly and positive considering the busy family visitors during the vacation period. The staff was exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile to have everything lined up so my wife felt spoiled during our stay. The amenities and room were top-notch and the relaxing setting in the town of Chemainus was a great getaway for us both. We will be back again for sure - highly recommended!

Highlights include a great breakfast buffet with a lot of food variety, a pool with a jacuzzi and a weight room. Rooms are spacious, clean and have up to date TVs and appliances. It's pet friendly, and our staff interactions were good.

Two entrances on a great bathroom make having a family there very comfortable. Closets you can fit a whole family in! Very Comfy King sized bed. Enormous L-shaped pool and a strong bubbly hot tub with excellent hours. Delicious hot breakfast in a very comfortable rambling dining room. The staff generously let us linger with friends past the close, without a word against it. All of the staff were kind, fun, and went out of their way to be helpful. We will most certainly be back. A hotel experience that other hotels should take note of!
