★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention: everyone please do NOT WASTE your time with Geeksquad CS rep. My first question was very simple by asking them if they can honour and price match the competitor pricing for macbook pro, they said “yes we can pricematch, please come take a look at the pricing we can offer you” , taking over 20min to talk about how awesome their geeksquad protection care pricing that ended up much higher than competitor pricing. I got so confused and asked then same question if they can honour the pricematch and now after 20 min of their sale pitch , their answer to price match was NO” - please train your staff properly to answer with honest answer, and dont waste customer time and trying to fool customer to make more sales thru geeksquad protection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Customer and very unprofessional. I have been shopping at Best Buy Stores for many years and have never experienced unprofessional conduct by a customer service staff and worse yet, the manager who was arrogant. I hope that a Regional Manager investigates this store and train the manager and a particular individual who works at their customer service department in dealing with people of colour. I am extremely angry and dissatisfied and will Never shop again at the Newmarket Best Buy Store, Their staff at computers on the other hand are professional, quite different than the person who is the manager and that particular individual at customer service who needs to be retrained. I am quite disgusted with this Best Buy location. Will never step foot again in this particular location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went tonight to buy a new cell phone, after having a not so great experience somewhere else. Marcello was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and found me the best deal (better than the other guy)! Super friendly and made the experience wonderful. 10/10 would buy from him again

Bryce and Ryan from BestBuy really went above and beyond for us and thanks to them we were able to get all our questions answered and feel happy with our purchase.
This location deserves 5/5 stars for outstanding service, professionalism and great product knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me tell you something, we are so proud of having a store like Best-Buy in Newmarket. They have the best delivery system in the country. Very organized, careful, and accurate in their times. We loved shopping inside the store with sales assistants. Enjoyed online shopping as well!
