So far I am not impressed. I purchased a pergola on April 24th. They had 2 in stock and they were going to deliver the following Thursday. Thursday came and went. I followed up, May 12th was the new date. Got a call the day before and there delivery schedule was too full. It will come the 19th. I followed up on the 17th and everything was on track. No delivery. Finally talked to shipping and no inventory until October. The manager needs to come up with a solution and so far the manager in seasonal (Jim) seems to be ducking me. Gave seasonal Manager a chance to correct our problem and he failed. Lowes has lost a customer. Staying with Home Depot in the future. They have never let us down.

We had a problem ordering something on sale. I called the store and talked to Tess, she was very helpful, and went above and beyond to help us out. She took our name and number and followed up when she said she was going too, and helped us see our problem through. Very very happy with the service we received!!

In my opinion, this place has the most incredible customer service. The employees are literally eager to help. If you're new to renovating or you need any home supplies, this would probably be a better option than Home Depot.

I just wanted to share my absolute gratitude for Rick from the Bath/plumbing department! he went above and beyond to make sure he can help me find what I need! Even offered to push the cart after I had a toilet and other products on it! This man needs to be used for training examples!!! Also thanks to the store manager ( didn’t get his name) for making a price adjustment to make up for a 45 minute wait Inside the store to locate an item Thank you lowes

The level of incompetence and rudeness here is staggering. I came in to buy an item that costs $134 according to the website. The price label on the shelf said the same thing. I took the item to the self checkout and tried to purchase it, but it wasn't accepting my $100 gift card due to a card reader error. The employee staffing the self checkouts rang me up, processed my gift card confirming she deducted the full $100 from it, and told me the remaining amount I needed to pay was $153, for an item that was $134 plus tax (so, she was saying the total was $253). I informed her of the correct price and she said "well, this is what it scanned as". She said she could have someone check the price, but first I needed to finish the transaction as it was stuck partially paid from the gift card. I told her to cancel it and refund the $100 to the gift card, she said she couldn't and I needed to pay the $153 first, then they could refund me. I refused, and asked for a manager. The manager named Paris came over, the employee told her that I was saying the item was listed as $134 online; firstly, I had already told her that the price label in their own store said the same amount, and secondly, the manager's response was to tell me "do I look like online to you?". I was stunned. The manager confirmed I had to pay the $153 on my credit card before they could refund me the $100 on the gift card, for an item that is $134 plus tax. With no other choice I did so, and she had me come to the customer service counter for a refund, then asked why my receipt also had another item at $89 on it. I told her I had no such item. She went and verified that her employee had made a mistake and wasted about 20 minutes of my time by scanning another customer's item on my bill as well. This is just the latest in a series of bad experiences at this store. I have been here maybe 5 times in the past few years. I avoid it if I have another reasonable option, but sometimes have to come here, and I've never had a single good experience shopping here. I come in to buy one simple item, and they always manage to make it go wrong.

Now we usually choose Lowes because it has everything we need and we have always had great experiences here. Bought my BBQ and smoker here last summer. Great experience. Today we needed snow fence. The fellows in plumbing were kind enough to send us to the garden center and told us exactly where it was located. Headed in to the garden center through the sliding doors, but were stopped. "You can't go in there, it's not open". So we explained how we had just been sent there by 2 associates. "Well I'll have to find someone to escort you"...which he sounded quite put out. So unfortunately we just bought what we were looking for at Home Depot

This store is at 3 strikes with me within a few months. Horrible customer service!!!! First I bought flooring, set up to pick it up the following day so they could gather it together. The guy in the flooring department had said it wasn't stocked together so they had to locate it. I show up the following day to find out the guy didn't do anything regarding my order, in fact he forgot about it. So they had to scramble to locate it all while I waited. Second item; I bought a floor model fridge on clearance at the front door. The girl at customer service had zero interest in helping me, simply saying to take a picture of the price tag to the cashier. I did that and then watched for the next 2.5 weeks while that fridge stayed on display at the front door getting scratched and banged. 3 days before it was to be delivered I walked in to see 2 large dents in it! Again, someone forgot about the order and left it sitting on display. Third strike is a kitchen counter I had ordered. I had told the customer service person of the bad experiences and people seem to be forgetting, she assured me she would not. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks. I called at week 3, was told I would receive a delivery call on the Monday. No call came. I called the store on the Wednesday to be told they forgot yet again to call me and tell me it is going to be another 10 days. Still no guarantee it will actually come in 10 more days with the track record I've had with service and the fact that every single customer service rep seems to forget what to do. I've used Lowe's for many renovations over the years, but after this ongoing poor experience, my days of shopping Lowe's is coming to an end.

This place is huge and chances are you will find what you are looking for. We came from Whitby to buy a generator and related accessories during a power outage in our area. This was the only place opens and well stocked. Chris the sales representative at the electrical products was knowledgeable and helpful.
