Best Walk-in clinic in Canada

T	Tenika Millington on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on August 26, 2020. Clinic hours indicated opening at 9:00 AM. We arrive at 9:15 AM to be told that the doctor (Dr. Hosssein Aliabadi) had not arrived yet. The receptionist indicated that she did not know when the doctor would arrive but did direct us to attend their clinic across town. We decided to wait, as I know doctors sometimes run a bit late. This poor receptionist though. She was incredibly genuine and straightforward with all the patients who were checking in. We waited until 10 AM, possibly exposing my child to COVID-19 (please just wear your mask!). The doctor still had not shown up and the receptionist still did not know his whereabouts. This is super unprofessional. Either let the clinic staff know approximately what time to expect you, or close the clinic if you cannot make it into work that day! Otherwise, if there is a location across town, this company should make arrangements for replacement doctors when one doesn't show up for work. Excellent customer service on the part of the receptionist. Absolute trash professionalism from the doctor/company. I would suggest calling ahead to ensure the doctor has arrived for work before attending this clinic. Previously, I have had 0 bad experiences with this clinic. We will likely try again and if we have the same experience, will find a new clinic.
V	Val on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable. Thursday November 1, 4 pm. The young female walk in clinic receptionist became angry with me when I refused to tell her any more information about my visit which is vaccine related. She asked me to raise my voice because she couldn't hear through the plexiglass then became angry because I told her my health symptoms should be discussed with the doctor and not her or within earshot of patients waiting behind me. Someone needs some PR training.

We went there to check our baby well-being because of some concerns we had. The receptionist was so nice and helpful but the doctor even didn’t bother to visit our baby!!! She just talked to my wife on the phone while we were in the waiting room and she told us to go to the ER at the end without even looking at our baby! Never go there!
B	B Lloyd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here around 4:30pm for the walk-in. Wasn't busy at all. Reception and Doctor were both very nice. The doctor was really informative and didn't seem to mind any questions. She did more than I had asked for initially which I appreciated.

The reason I had to bring him in the morning is because they closed early unexpectedly 2 days in a row. So I call in to work that morning to get my 7 year old seen. I called in advance, just to make sure there was a doctor there. When I got there, Dr. Wong was the worst doctor I had ever experienced. My son was having some sort of allergic reaction. I explained the situation before I went in. The Doctor wouldn’t let me speak. She refused to touch my son. Told me to give him allergy medicine. I told her I already had been doing that for a week. She told me to continue giving it to him. Nothing was done for my son. I always wonder how these people become doctors. Like they have no care for the people that are supposed to be seeing. My son left that day and ended up with sores in his mouth and the situation escalated. Save your kids from these doctors that don’t care about black people and their children. This person saw another child with delight. When it came to my child it was gruff and terrible. It’s unjust that other races don’t experience what we do. But either way, Dr. Wong is the worst and I hope she gets what she deserves from life.
S	Sahib Nijjar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid going. I took my son to this walk-in clinic to get checked by the doctor. I didn't make it past the receptionist. My son had a injury to his head. I knew it was not urgent but because it was his head I wanted to make sure he was seen by the doctor. I don't know who the front staff think they are BUT she was practically convincing me to not see the doctor. I'm sorry since when did staff have their PHD. I brought my son to see the doctor not to get discouraged from seeing him. Miserable staff. Why are they working there if they do not have any empathy or patience for their walk-in patients. NONE of her business but yet wanted to give me her two scents. Then to top it off she say's "well you can still book him in to see the doctor" um no thanks! Please hire people that are passionate to work and not just miserable individuals. People are already on edge coming to see a doctor nowadays at least be pleasant. They don't deserve even a one star.
R	Ramona Lawrance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front staff is always efficient and friendly. My family doctor is here and I have been a patient of hers for 30 years. She treats all of my children as well. The offices are clean and in a newer building. I am very happy with this family practice.
R	Rebecca DeValadares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give no stars I would. The receptionists are the worst. The first time I went the woman didn’t greet me just stuck up her finger for me to wait. Not one person was in the waiting room. Then I had to come back for a second part of my test and the women sitting there (3) were all chatting and didn’t greet me and had me wait at least 4 minutes before even acknowledging me. I even adjusted where I stood to hopefully have them just look at me. She then took forever to process my payment and find a stapler when I could just take the paper. The first doctor barely spoke to me by the second one was very sweet. Poor lady has to work with the others. It took 30 seconds for my second visit but I spent 10 minutes just waiting, mean while I was the only one there. Will never return here. It was only place available for necessary test. Avoid at all costs.
