★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and on time and decent job and instalation ?we had them service the furnace and installed an AC central unit they came back and serviced the unit outside and inside they tested the coolant and other things we also had them for cleaning the furnace ducts so they are very thorough I do recommend them... my wife doesn't speak French but I do and they were totally bilingual... so no worries ? Thank you Bertrand Plumbing for an awesome job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am new to the neighbourhood and sought their services. Be warned, they charge a minimum 1 hour service for a technician. I got billed $180 for a ten minute visit. When I tried to argue my case, I was shut down, belittled and left feeling upset embarrassed and very regretful. I paid up, but I am left with a very bad taste and experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The work was very well done and I have no issues with that. I had previously booked twice and I had to cancel both times due to covid. Roxane was very understanding. Where I have an issue is that I explained the problem that we had on the phone and they sent someone, who was there a maximum of fifteen minutes to evaluate the problem. We were charged $60 for a service call and $105 for an hour of work! Never was this mentionned to us prior to the visit. I called and left a message to discuss my bill and I never received a call back. Not very professional in my opinion. I wanted to give my business to a local business but I must say that I regret doing so. Buyer beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Bertrand in for an annual maintenance for our HVAC system. The technician was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and also taught me about the different components of my furnace. I would highly recommend Bertrand! Very impressed! Thanks again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very competent people. I had a "smart" toilet to install, it went swiftly and impeccably. They did whatever they could to save my wall and floor, and succeeded. I can't tell enough good things about my whole experience. From the receptionist to the plumber and his apprentice, everything and everybody was perfect. I highly recommend this business to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just finished an extensive addition on our home(New master, walk-in and master-bath). Martin and his team were awesome to deal with. Martin gave us recommendations on what would be the best heating/cooling system as we were looking for efficient yet functional. We are really happy with the products. We also had Martin's team install all the plumbing.
Francis was supper courteous and professional, he is a great asset to the Bertrand team.
I will continue to use and recommend Bertrand heating and plumbing to all as we had a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bertrand has been an awesome to deal with. I had use them three times.. installed new sub pump, washroom faucet and kitchen plumbing. They were very efficient. Specifically the owner is an awesome person.They were polite and friendly throughout our dealings with them. I am so thankful and thrilled with my experience with the technician Richard is very kind and professional did a fantastic job and explained everything. Very satisfied of his service. Thanks to the team of Bertrand Plumbing. You guys truly deserved 5 Star Plus!!
