The service was excellent, and they left the room very clean. Daren had some suggestions for the near feature. Very knowledgeable and good understanding of the area. I wasn’t home during the installation, so he left a lot of information. Little details make a big difference in the quality of service. It was much appreciated. Great work both times, took the time to explain to me what his plan was and how he was going to implement it which I appreciate. Very clean and professional work. Definitely recommend.
J	Jim Levie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently experienced a sewer backup in our home. It was discovered that the township was suffering blockages in the main line in the street. We decided to call a few plumbing companies to assist us, we actually called 6. Of the 6 we called, three did not answer the call and only allowed a number to be left, none of them called back. Two others took our information in the form of a recorded message, one of those called back but explained that they were "not interested" in assisting us. Dan, answered the phone, he listened quite patiently as I explained out situation, he said he could not come immediately and encouraged us to keep attempting to have someone else come sooner. He said he would call back at the end of the day to follow up. Candidly, my thought was "yeah sure, I will never hear from you again." But to my surprise, pleasantly he did call back. By this time the municipality had cleared the drain and our insurance company had sent someone to clean. But when Darren called we made an appointment for him to come and scope / camera our drain which he did. He was prompt, informative and his charge for the service was , in my opinion, extremely reasonable. Very please with the service and I will use him again for sure.
