★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of best places near Toronto to visit. Its a 3.5 hour drive from Mississauga. Mostly single lane in the last 80kms to this place. Very scenic, breathtaking views. At the boarding place of glass bottom cruises, one can sit on the rocks jus adjacent to the lake. The lighthouse is just across the lake. Tickets to the ferry can be brought online. Parking in this area is 15$ for full day or $3 per hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it was jam-packed, the crew were friendly, and the guide was informative. They show you the shipwrecks and lighthouses on the way to the Flowerpot island, and on the way back, they come straight back to Tobermory. Unless you want to sit on the upper level, where you sit is not too important since you will be moving around to see the shipwrecks anyways, so don’t worry if you couldn’t get the “best seat”. On a side note, the parking is quite limited, so try to get there a little early.
