So much fun we had on the boat and the 3 girls who serves us(sorry I don't remember the names :P) they were amazing! Thank you very much and if you pass by Ottawa, it is for sure the place to goo!!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fleet Admiral Mike and Vice Admiral Gabby are the best hosts. They are engaging, fun and know what they are doing. As a group of four we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the boat. In fact we enjoyed it so much we have chartered a Haunted Palapa Tour experience to get one more trip in this year. A very different way to see the city of Ottawa and a lot of fun to boot, go you will not be disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Halloween weekend for the Haunted tour for 4 people. When we got there, we were greeted by some awesome people in great costumes (if you ever go for Halloween, wear your costume!!! lol) They then informed us that the water was too rough to go out (there was whitecaps on the water), it was a very cold day. We still boarded the boat, went back and forth in the dock area, and ended up having a great time! We had drinks, danced & got to know everybody on the boat. You can tell that the owners really care about their customers and giving them a great experience. They have tons of theme nights for the locals as well as tourists, they really have thought of everything. They ended up giving us passes for the summer so we can fully enjoy the tour. The people who run it are amazing, I cannot recommend this tour enough! Such a great outing, can't wait to come back in the summer!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In August with my family we booked a tour on Palapa Tours on the Ottawa river and really enjoyed the experience. The staff was very friendly and fun to be around. We are able to have a few drinks while we slowly floated on the water in their beautiful boat. The weather was amazing and the conversation with the other quests was great. Great atmosphere. Our kids even liked it....We will be doing it again next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a Sunday night with the family and had an absolute blast! There were seven of us and we lucked out, because no one else booked, so it was essentially a private charter! (They also do private charters, as well as events)
Captain Jérome and First Mate Kim were so much fun, they were great company as we cruised down the Ottawa. The experience lasted an hour and a half and was so much more fun than a typical Ottawa River cruise. Highly recommend the sunset times, it really makes you appreciate the beauty of this city.
There's parking right at the pier, which was $10.35 ($8+tax) and you need to download an app to pay. There's also other parking in the area, and it's right across the Alexandra bridge from downtown if you decide to make a day of it. Not too far from the zipline either!
The owners were amazingly flexible since we had to reschedule a couple of times. I would hands down recommend this, one of my favourite new things to do in Ottawa!
