I called their number at around 5pm, was on hold for 45 minutes and the second they picked up they hung up on me. In no way is this acceptable.
T	Tom Imrie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most attractive way to get from the mainland to Manitoulin Island. The port of Tobermory is a tourist mecca with restaurants, shops, and tour boats galore. The Chi-Cheemaun is an experience anyone who enjoys travel should have. A lovely ship, beautiful blue waters, and God's Country at the other end. What more can I say?

M	Mary Lou Gordon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a 30 ft RV to Manitoulin on a windy Thanksgiving Day 2021. Everyone from the parking lot guys for loading thru to the exit was friendly and efficient. Was a smooth transition. Lovely trip up top and you can circle the deck if you wish to keep moving.
