★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suggested to my good friend that we go here, so we did. Since I’ve been here before, I knew it was relaxing and I enjoyed the scenery with the beautiful boats and beach life. We arrived and it was busy for a Wednesday. There wasn’t much parking but we found one which was nice. We walked along the water beside the boats and it was nice to walk and we talked. We walked to the end to the other parking lot and we saw the carnival that was happening for St. Jean Baptiste Day. That was cool to see. Otherwise, great place to get away from the city life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a simply wonderful location to enjoy the setting sun, this is one of the Go-To places. Unfortunately, the restaurant that is normally very active in the summer there is being rebuilt at the moment since it was damaged in the floods in the spring, but it will be amazing I'm sure. It looks like they will be building a much larger restaurant and it will I'm sure be full of great food and atmosphere once it is completed.
