Ils sont les seuls à m'avoir répondu par courriel. Les autres ont tous appelé.
J'ai donc choisi de faire affaire avec eux et je suis bien heureux. Super service. Réponse rapide. Bon prix et la rapidité pour produire le certificat de localisation extrèment rapide.
Je serai de retour si j'ai encore besoin d'un arpenteur géomètre.
I needed a certificate of location quickly following the sale of my condo. I made requests to more than 5 land surveyors in the region with a specific request. Communication by email, as I am deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other.
They are the only ones to have answered me by email. The others all called.
So I chose to do business with them and I'm very happy. Great service. Quick response. Good price and the speed to produce the certificate of location extremely fast.
I will be back if I need a land surveyor again.

I urgently needed a survey done in order to seel condo, and since the real estate market is so busy, I couldnt find anyone to do the certificate. My real estate agent sent me to André Durocher Arpenteur-Géomètre, and they did it in less than one week. Very professional and curteous, and respectful of the covid restrictions. I would recommend them to anyone and will be keeping thiser number for future.
