★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set-up an appointment to get 1 cavity fixed for my daughter and specified that I wanted it done in grey because the grey is covered by the RAMQ and it was on a baby tooth. I also asked multiple times if the total cost of the repair was covered by the RAMQ and the receptionist told me yes. When my spouse got there they asked him again if he wanted grey or white even though I had already advised them it was to be in grey. They never discussed the price with him before hand or that the grey was covered by the RAMQ. Very unprofessional to sell services to a client without discussing the price of said services BEFORE the procedure and not following the instructions that were given at the time of the booking of the appointment. When I called to complain the receptionist only replied to my concerns with a flat yes, OK, no empathy what so ever. This lesson cost us a little over 300$, clients beware!
