I had purchased a Milwaukee Orbital sander 7 weeks ago from this location when out of nowhere, I was sanding and it exploded! Disk and bearings went flying and were burnt to a crisp. Upon being warmly greeted at the store, Ray jumped in immediately to help solve the problem. I have never seen customer service like this before.... Milwaukee only has a 30 day exchange policy and if something goes wrong, you are looking at 4-6 weeks for repair. Being DIY gal, I didn't have a spare sander kicking around the house and couldn't wait that long to finish up my projects. Ray phoned every source he could think of, not taking no for an answer, fighting for the customer and preaching the importance of customer service to each one of the reps on the phone. As I waited patiently, hoping it would be solved, I was thinking about the fact that even if there was no resolution, I couldn't be very upset because he was doing everything in his power to help me. It took about 45 minutes but well worth the wait as he was able to replace my sander for a new one! Thank you Ray and the wonderful staff at Home Hardware - you are the prime example of exceptional customer service and have gained a life-long loyal buyer!

Getting anything that is in their own flyer on sale is impossible terrible experience every time well that's the last time ???

They either not give you answers or tell you that they are going to call back (and then they won't) or a rude manager answers.
