★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are really fantastic. In a lot of hardware stores, staff talk down to people who are not professionals. Not here. Even if you are not the most handy person, the employees treat your needs and questions with respect. They can be very generous with their time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online order pick-up from last Thursday. I walked over from my place and little did I know that Rona wants you in your car for pick-ups! This threw a procedural wrench into Frank's plans (the gentleman handling the yard and online pick-ups). Frank, you adjusted and handled the situation with grace and professionalism all while being perfectly safe. I know I was "outside of the box" and thanks again for your patience and understanding. Excellent job and my day was made brighter by your effort and helpful attitude.

Everyone is usually really helpful here which is great but I want to especially thank François Roy in the warehouse.
Everytime I see him he is always working quickly and efficiently and he always goes above and beyond to help me with whatever is needed. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kindness and knowledge of the staff is definitely incomparable. This was by far the best experience I've had at any hardware store. For the first time in my life, staff actually came to ask us if we needed help. You don't get that at home Depot and CT ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are totally unaware of medical exemptions in regards to mask wearing. I am severely asthmatic and was confronted and made to feel like a common criminal apon stating my case in the store. I was told to wait outside as he pointed towards the door( very gruff and making sure his staff could hear). He stated it was the law that I couldn't be inside( it is not). Once outside he brought my order and once no one was around he admitted he didn't know the law and was all smiles and thank yous. I hope his staff was impressed. Funny thing is that I've been in this store 20+ times with no issue in the last year and spent over $4000. I will not be returning.

This store is not only a mess, the service is atrocious, with the growing population and demands for higher sales you would think a focus on the customer and not chatting with each other would be priority. So much for trying to stay local.
