★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoppy with our first experience with the Ford Edge and got a detailed written estimate. Then asked about our old Focus and received a verbal quote with no back up so they could have done virtually nothing and still asked for the money. Went back with our new Ford Edge and felt very disrespected. Does it depend on who comes out to do your estimate?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend CSN collision centre Embrun . I dropped off my jeep there after hitting a deer early in December with major damage , they returned my jeep like new ! I also picked up my rental SUV at the same location which is so convenient. The staff is very helpful ,friendly and professional . Thank you ?

As embarrassing as this may be, when I picked up my car, the interior was cleaner than it had been in years. I couldn’t even recognize my car! Thanks for the amazing service guys!!

They are very understanding and professional and very and listen. Had an insurance rental that they had waiting for me. I would recommend Embrun Collision and I am very picky!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife's car was involved in a hit and run and we were in need of a body shop. I read the reviews of CSN Embrun and decided to use them for my claim. The whole process with Robin and his team at the business was first class and the work he performed on my wife's Edge was excellent...it looked better than new. I returned a couple of weeks after the work being done for a door adjustment and Robin did the adjustments right away. The nicest touch was they washed my wife's car both times it was there...a nice touch and over and above service that you dont see very often these days. Thanks to CSN Embrun for the professional service.
