★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our Panasonic micro wave into be fixed on a Thursday.it was returned the next day all fixed ,and clean as new.We are thrilled with the service.It was very reasonable.Would recommend them to any one,any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call first because this small shop can be closed if the owner is not there. I brought my microwave in for a $79.00 repair seven years ago and it has been working until now...just brought the microwave in again for the same power circuit repair. Cost has not changed. Also sells used items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Fails to tell you that a free estimate means $30 deposit. Then fails to call you all week to tell you what's wrong with your electronics and then lies about calling and speaking to your spouse. To top it all off he taxes you on the work and your deposit you put down(which doesn't make any sense). Then takes off your deposit from your total. I will never go back there again!! Total rip off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tv repair here have problem again after 1 month, call for warranty but not respond and did not call back when I have left message there. The price almost new tv but work for 1 month, I will find other company to do repair this tv because I want to keep Panasonic TV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was courteous and professional. He advised me upfront that I would pay a fee for his examination of my television. He gave me his honest opinion that it could not be fixed and the reasons why and provided me with all of the explanations and guidance I needed to avoid the issue in the future (which issue is unfortunately due to the poor quality of workmanship of many electronics in this day and age).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my Mom's TV in to be fixed. The owner was very nice and helpful, he made us feel comfortable. When we dropped it off he told us 3-4 weeks and my Mom got a call on time, 3 weeks later, letting her know it was ready.
About 2 weeks after getting the TV home, the problem came back.
My Mom doesn't drive and I live about 5 hours away, so now she is stuck again with the TV that doesn't work.
I saw in other reviews that the owner wants to know the name of the people who make comments here, I didn't put my Mom's name as I don't want her to get a angry phone call, she is older and that would upset her.
