My skin is usually quite irritated after waxing, but not this time! And the tint shade was just what I wanted. Completely satisfied!

Excellent customer service, and I was assured that the esthetician would receive more training/guidance so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Thank you, Benefit! I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted on September 2nd at this location, and never will again. The wax used was clearly not hot enough which resulted in the esthetician yanking harder than normal to get the wax off my skin and which in turn ripped off my skin. I left there with a stinging face and leaking wounds under both my brows. She didn’t even offer to cover up the redness with concealer, which is always offered at my regular location. 4 days later and I still have scabs under both my brows (I’ve included a photo of the worst of the 2). Can’t believe I paid $40 for this. For reference, I’ve been going to another benefit brow bar location for years with no issues.

Mercedez was very knowledgeable and shared every step with me to explain the process and also recommended a style that worked with my eye shape. It was a very relaxing and no stress situation. Will definitely go again in the future 10/10. You will not regret going here for a eyebrow wax shaping and tint.

Like I cannot stress enough how she listens to what I actually am asking for. I find some people have a hard time doing the service on men because they try to feminize the brows.. the tint and trim are perfect. She knows what looks good and she is constantly making sure you like the brows in process, and in turn the result… Like I actually got home and pressed my face against my mirror and just could not believe how perfect they were. I even had her do my brows before vacation cause I just trust her.. Love this place.
